I don't understand why drivers choose to drive for contract companies running FedEx, doesn't make any sense to me regardless of the benefits they might offer they are not FedEx benefits because you don't work for FedEx most of these contractors offer the bare minimum and low pay I seen some contractors offer as low as $22 an hour lol please guys don't work for these contractors you are not a FedEx company driver you're a company driver for that contractor and that on its own should piss you off!! lol FedEx decided to not have anything to do with truck drivers because of the liability so they hired these contractors to hire the drivers so they don't have to be responsible for any liability or having to pay you any benefits and you're okay with that? Lmao 🤣 come on guys we have to do better don't work for these contractors this will make it harder for FedEx therefore they will do the right thing and hire within their company and pay full benefits of drivers like UPS does and other good companies like Walmart , FedEx contract jobs are a scam you are essentially driving for a contractor not FedEx but they want you to believe you are by giving you a uniform and Hauling their trailers what a freaking scam
