I was rockabilly then, I remember this caister, the teds got turned over by the London rockabillies, which looking back now, it was bloody stupid, nowadays there’s teds, rockabillies, mods, skin heads all getting along, all going to each others clubs and weekenders. When you look at the state of the U.K., back then the U.K. was a much better place. My parents used to the same about the fifties, always saying to me when I was a lot younger “back in the day” which used to make me cringe and laugh, I now say the same thing as my friends do “back in the day” 😂. Anyone who grew up back in the day, 😂, no matter what music sub culture you were into, youngsters today won’t ever had the times amd life we had
Cliff Richard made a very good Elvis impersonator , in fact the best I have seen, then went on to be a superstar in his own right. Sorry Shakey but it is true he was much better at copying Elvis than you. Even though you made a great living out of it. Graham Fenton tried hard to copy Gene Vincent but failed miserably but ended up having more chart hits than poor old Gene, All seems a bit unfair really.
Caister was always great fun
I’m in Heaven thank you
Flying Saucers, absolutely fantastic..each and everyone of the lads .
C'est super génial Rockabilly Teddy Rock'n'roll Forever

Freddie starr was the best Elvis impersonated by far.
Merci pour le partage, j'avais le film sur VHS mais avec le temps ... thanks a lot, keep on rockin'
We need a correction here, Elvis was the King of Rock n Roll not Bill Haley
Chuck Berry & Little Richard wrote the RnR book.
Agree
@@5after4amEddie Cochran was better than anybody mentioned so far and writing/playing white boy rock and roll when it was still called hillbilly.
