I always feel scared of using such lubricants inside the vagina because of cancer.
I can't speak for over the counter products but studies have shown that vaginal estrogen has not been associated with uterine or breast cancer and has not been shown to cause recurrence in women with a history of breast cancer

How often should the laser rejuvenation be done, or is one time okay?
The vaginal laser includes 3 treatments that are one month apart. It lasts about 2 years and you may or may not need a once a year maintenance treatment.

Yes, I would absolutely use vaginal estrogen. It's been well studied and has not been shown to cause or increase the risk of uterine, breast, or ovarian cancers.

Testosterone has been studied in breast cancer patients and has not been shown to increase risk.

Dr, does this laser treatment work for those who have had a hysterectomy? I had a partial, they left my ovaries. That was when i was 37 and i am now 45. I am using estrogen cream currently, but i just started that.
The laser works excellent for the vagina. It doesn't matter whether the uterus is present or not. It's reparing the vaginal tissue and helps to make vaginal estrogen work even better

Yea, young women can use it if they are experiencing vaginal dryness. We don't prescribe it in pregnancy cos estrogen levels are high in pregnancy already.

No, there aren't OTC estrogen products. There are estrogen-like products but not real estradiol. You'll need a prescription because you should be monitored by a physician if you're using estrogen.
