I was going to buy one of these but decided on getting a Bulgarian bag instead which is virtually the same. I love this exercise tool!

I have a Bulgarian bag and personally like the Hydrocore better because it’s just easier to load from light to heavy instead of having multiple Bulgarian bags (which cost more than the Hydrocore). I was skeptical of it mainly for its integrity to not break, but I’ve had it for 2 years now and use it more than my Bulgarian bag.

Great video, it is a shame I can't get a Hydrocore bag in the UK shipping is a hugely expensive

Sorry to hear that because of this BS era of inflation. I tried shipping one of my paperback books to one of my followers who didn’t have Amazon available in their country and it would cost an arm & leg to ship one measly book.
I would look up “aqua bags” in your country to see if there’s something similar as I have seen others like this on the market.

Travel

It’s just more tactical to travel with and easy to load versus buying separate weights. That, and visibly seeing the water is great visual feedback tool to see if your swings are smooth or clunky looking.

I just hope as a beginner I don’t slip and throw it through a window 🪟 😅
