    Thanks for the video! I just did another video of yours after doing the Parkrun, good to have also one where you don’t need a mat.

    I use this for running all the time but I’ve started to notice my bakck hurting is there chances that certain excercises aren’t so good on a weak back

      Try one of the other stretching videos, also consider doing back strengthening exercises 👍
