      @@RunAndStretch yea, I started running this summer, started from barely able to run 1.5 minutes. Yesterday first time I did 20 minutes run (couch to 5k program) and this video is my go-to and super favorite

    I have a question, at 5:48 for the ninja left you are on your toes with the heel lifted and on ninja right your foot is completely planted…I always wonder which version to follow😊
