I think the Ninja 400 is plenty quick for me seeing it will be my first sport bike.
If I got anything more powerful, I would be tempted and may end up injured or dead.

You are definintely right ! I have a Ninja 400 and it was my first bike and rode it for 4 years. AMazing power for a learner bike. Just got my full last week and rode my dad's GSXR 750 and it made the 400 look like a kids toy though.
The big bikes are just absolutely insane!

@@theworldisfullofsnowflakes9546 they really are man. Part of why I'm getting into bikes is that I have always loved cars, and I want to own some fast ones one day.. I just don't want to invest 55k+ into a fun machine. I can get a 636 or an r1 for 10-18k and have a machine that sounds like a ferarri and is FASTER THAN A FERARRI, but just more unsafe. I don't see that as a full downside tho, it just means you have to compensate with a higher level of consciousness which is doable for me and anyone who likes bikes.

You don't need to use the clutch for upshifts at higher revvs. Without quickshifter you can just upshift if you pull the throttle back. A QS does little more then cut ignition (to my knowledge) which is why a QS allows upshifts with full throttle. First to second it is best to do use the clutch.

I'm a beginner on a GSX-S125, and clutchless upshifting (and clutchless downshifting by blipping throttle) has made learning to ride so much easier this past month. Bi-directional Quickshifters should honestly be standard at this point.

I've gotten my ninja 400 to hit 0-60 In 4 second's flat. And almost 100MPH in 10 seconds. Haven't done the lighter chain and sprocket kit yet or tuned my bike from installing velocity stacks so we'll see afterwards

2.62 seconds 0-60 307 HP 2019 Kawasaki Ninja H2 Carbon. My top speed 234 MPH.
You guys really shouldn't trash talk or discriminate against another rider. Or anyone for that matter. VanTheDam is on a Ninja 400. Used for Track Racing or for Daily driving for new riders. I started out racing Dirt bikes then got into Sport bikes. First sport bike I got, it was a 2015 Ninja 400 2nd bike, 2017 Yamaha R1. 3rd bike 2019 Kawasaki Ninja H2 Carbon. I also have 14 dirt bikes sitting at my garage.
Everyone has to start somewhere, and I bet 100% of you trash talkers don't even know how to perform a hole shot Racing start on a dirt bike, or a takeoff on Ninja H2. So stop talking shit and discrimination against another Rider.

well it´s overdirve, useless for acceleration, but very useful for low fule consumption at crusing speeds
