- Hello friends.. In today’s video I make an powerful bass amplifier using LA4440 IC with volume and bass controller.
Components for LA440 amplifier:
-IC LA4440 price link www.utsource.net/sch/LA440.html
-Resistor 100k ohm
-Resistor 680 ohm
-Capacitor 100uf/25v x3
-Capacitor 47uf/50v x2
Components for volume & bass controller:
-Potentiometer B50K x2
-Resistor 2k2 ohm
-Resistor 1k ohm
-Capacitor 100nf x2

LA4445 and LA4400 are small King here! Best of simple, cheap power amplifier (powered by a single voltage) for all radios, car, boomboxes, bluetooth speakers etc. TDA1519 , TDA2004 , TDA2007 and TDA2005 . I compared them all and similar ones.
LA4400, but chiefly LA4445 - The cleanest sound, no metallic sound, which is the bane of all low-hi systems, larger gain, the highest current efficiency.
TDA2004, TDA2005 have more power obviously, but they are deceived. Large distortions above 7W (measured), apart from that, the current (up to 3.5A only) In fact, the limitation at 3A. On LA4445 at 3.9A current is only limited.
However, Sanyo does not release as many cheap chips as Philips / STM available everywhere.
LA parts form Sanyo are expensive but: far more polished, higher class

Brother he added both right and left together in right one and ground one in left side . Because bass don't need right and left that's why he joined it together .

Probably a damaged power amp IC inside the unit.

@@udaykharate8897 no. The datasheet says it's a 6W dual (stereo) IC at 10% THD into 8 ohms. It's possible to get 19W in bridge configuration. Not 40.

no, 4440 output is 18w for single IC, so 1w speaker will not withstand
