may i ask what time you go to sleep? have you gotten used to waking up early? 4 am isn't that crazy, i suppose, but i guess i am wondering if you were a night owl before you started waking up early? idk why this is so interesting to me. i just find other people fascinating, i guess lol

I go to bed usually around 8:00 or 9:00. I got in the habit of waking up early when I moved from Georgia back to California. I never readjusted my body’s natural wake time 🤣 Then I developed tummy issues and kept waking up earlier and earlier thanks to my stomach being so upset. Now that I have my tummy issues somewhat under control, I continue to wake up that early because it’s the only quiet time I have and I can get all my work done for the day before the rest of the household wakes up ♥️
