      Thank you for your comment! I completely agree that it's important to eat enough calories to fuel our bodies, but it's also important to find a balance and not overeat. Consuming too many calories can lead to weight gain, which can be unhealthy. It's important to listen to our bodies and eat in moderation.

      Hey there! While I understand that some people may not consider the term "bro" to be a formal or respectful way of addressing someone, it is important to recognize that language and communication styles vary from person to person. Some may use the term "bro" as a term of endearment or as a way to show camaraderie and friendship. Ultimately, it's important to respect how individuals choose to communicate and not make assumptions about their humanity based on their language choices. Let's focus on treating each other with kindness and understanding instead.

    • @workout-guru
      @workout-guru  Před 4 měsíci +2

      Thank you for your question! These exercises can be beneficial for both gynecomastia and chest fat. However, it is important to consult with a medical professional to determine the underlying cause of gynecomastia and develop an appropriate treatment plan. These exercises may help to tone and strengthen the chest muscles, but they may not directly target the glandular tissue that causes gynecomastia. It is always best to seek professional advice for any specific concerns or conditions.

    What are the recomended reps per day of each of these?

    • @workout-guru
      @workout-guru  Před 2 dny +1

      Thank you for asking about the recommended reps per day for these exercises! The number of reps you should do per day may vary depending on your fitness level and goals. It is generally recommended to do 8-12 reps per set for strength training exercises and 12-15 reps per set for endurance training exercises. However, it is important to listen to your body and adjust the number of reps accordingly. If you are just starting out, it is best to start with a lower number of reps and gradually increase as your strength and endurance improves. It is also important to incorporate rest days into your workout routine to allow your muscles to recover. I hope this helps!

      @workout-guru  Před 3 měsíci

      Hi there! It's great that you are interested in incorporating the svend press, arm crossover, and standing fly into your workout routine. The number of reps and sets for these exercises can vary depending on your fitness goals and current fitness level. It's always best to start with a lower number of reps and sets and gradually increase as you become more comfortable with the exercises. Generally, 3 sets of 10-12 reps for each exercise is a good starting point. However, it's important to listen to your body and adjust accordingly. If you are feeling fatigued or experience any discomfort, it's okay to decrease the number of reps or take a break. Remember to always prioritize proper form over the number of reps. I hope

      Hi there! Thank you for your comment. While this exercise may be effective for losing chest fat, it is important to remember that spot reduction is not possible. This means that only doing exercises for a specific area, such as the chest, will not necessarily result in fat loss in that area. Instead, incorporating a well-rounded exercise routine and maintaining a healthy diet is the best way to reduce overall body fat. Keep up the good work!

A 1kg dumbbell may not seem like much, but it can still provide some resistance and help strengthen your muscles. However, it ultimately depends on your fitness level and goals. If you are just starting out or looking to add some variety to your routine, a 1kg dumbbell can certainly be beneficial. If we do these with little weights or dumbbells in our hand. Will it be more effective?

    • @workout-guru
      @workout-guru  Před 4 měsíci +2

      It is possible that using lighter weights or dumbbells can still be effective for certain exercises, as it can help with increasing endurance and muscle definition. However, it is important to gradually increase weight as you progress in your fitness journey to continue challenging your muscles and seeing progress. Ultimately, the effectiveness of using lighter weights or dumbbells depends on your fitness goals and overall fitness level.

    • @workout-guru
      @workout-guru  Před 5 měsíci

      That depends on what type of activity you are doing and how much time you have available. If it's something that requires physical activity, you may want to start with a short amount of time and work your way up as you get more comfortable. If it's something that requires mental activity, you can decide how many to do in a day based on how much time and energy you have available.

    How many we need to do it in a day

    • @workout-guru
      @workout-guru  Před 4 měsíci

      Hi there, thank you for your comment. The number of times we need to do something in a day really depends on the task and our personal schedules. It's important to find a balance and not overexert ourselves. Some tasks may need to be done multiple times a day, while others may only need to be done once. It's important to prioritize and listen to our bodies to determine how many times we can realistically do something in a day. I hope this helps!
