If you really want a cheap brush you can get yaqi synthetic brushes from 7$. If you live in Europe and have access to dm drug stores there is balea synthetic for 7$ which uses the same knot as a 25$ Muhle, but the handle is plastic. For boar brushes there is omega which can be bought for 5-6$ or 10$. There is also zenith boar brush that goes from 7$, also known as 3me maestri in some other markets. Same oem, different branding. All good quality brushes, no need to spend top dollar for it
After not being satisfied with another synthetic brush and a couple of badger brushes I purchased the T2. The T2 was incredible, so now I am purchasing the T3. I just can't find a stand for the T3...

I think it would be cool if you put the camera on a tripod and then you have another camera with the guy shooting some zooms on the stuff you review. For example, in this video you say '' as you can see here'' but we cannot see, if there was a guy zooming with another angle and camera would be fantastic.

One thing I can say with absolute certainty is avoid the Kent Infinity synthetic brushes. Mine is two years old and sheds each time it's used, has since new and it's only used once per week. Weak adhesive and knot construction.
With a badger or boar hair brush, it will be necessary to drain the water from the brush in order to dry it (and not damage the bristles). With a synthetic, the bristles aren't so likely to get damaged if left to dry on their own.
I still hang my Simpson. I don’t know if it glued or wrapped; either way, no need for water sitting in it. If you have more than one brush, one could sit a day or a few days. Standing water will cause mold and mildew. Again, hang it up to dry, even though the bristles should be fine, it is caring for the brush as a whole.
Some fall out as the hairs are broken, this can be caused by a numbers of factors - splaying being one, also being a natural product they can rot and fall out. In the past 5 or so years I can only recall one shedding synthetic brush. Thanks for watching. Brian

Nothing can compare like the Yaqi rainbow, or timberwolf, or tuxedo. That knot that you show in the video it´s an old fiber, not a 4th generation hair, only the people who study and visit a lot of forum of shave know it, that´s why Industries buy synthetic hair to yaqi brush and put then in their brush that Chinese people are not dummies and they kepp this best knots, hair etc.... To me Yaqi have the best synthetic hair in the present, even more than DScosmetic.

What is the benefit of a rubberized wood handle over, say, a rubberized acrylic handle? I’m not sure I understand that product.
I actually just ordered an Omega S-Brush to try out. I figure I can’t go wrong for under £10.
You can see the grain of the wood under the rubber coating, it looks better than plain resin.

3:24 I'm new to DE shaving and will likely get a synthetic brush. But how come its not as necessary to have a stand with a Synthetic Brush?

Synthetics don't rot and they dry very quickly, a stand is not essential.

Are the synthetic fibres used in your brushes the same as the silver tip fibres used by Edwin Jagger / Muhle?
They do not use the same fibres but they are incredibly soft - softer than badger silvertip brushes, yet they have significant backbone.

For a handmade shaving brush? Sure you can get cheaper but when has cheapest ever been best? Buy cheap, buy twice.
