  • In this episode, we have a bit of an issue in St. Lucia and decide it best to sail to Antigua sooner rather than later. After a 200 mile sail we arrive in English Harbour, Antigua and enjoy a nice change of pace. English Harbour is full of history so we check out Nelson's Dockyard and do a little hiking . We celebrate our first Thanksgiving on the water before heading to a new spot.

Right? Makes zero sense. We did wear our masks when we were anywhere near people, this guys just happened to catch us when we were walking by ourselves. Antigua was an English colony for 350 years from 1632 to 1981, but discivered by Columbus in 1493, and named Antigua by the Spanish sailors after the Virgin of Antigua an image of Saint Mary located in the cathedral of Seville.

@@viking00777777 we definitely witnessed the hysteria and mass confusion in St. Lucia. When in foreign countries we try to do as the locals do. The majority of the locals were not wearing masks especially walking on the streets while alone. The countryside of St. Lucia is absolutely beautiful it's a shame we experienced such negativity there. Of course we did have great interactions with some of the locals but unfortunately the negative vibes coming from the majority really turned us off. Antigua was super welcoming and beautiful!
