You are my mentor, since I started watching your video, I almost lost 8 kgs. (In 4 month ). Yes my weight loss process is a bit slow, But it is because of my shortcomings, Irregularity in food & lifestyle is probably slow weight loss.
I normally do cycling around 50 to 60 min which cover roughly 13 to 14 km & calorie burnt around 500 to 550 kcal .
Could you please suggest me how to expedite the weight loss ?

Hello Ajay, I am Surojit from Hyderabad, after watching ur videos I have purchased Decathlon st 20 for my daughter and Vector 91 Granite x40 for my son, as I have selected these bikes from the brands u have been suggesting but now I have a question regarding the bike I have to buy for myself I am confused between Decathlon riverside 120 and ur own 91 expedition 700c, kindly compare and tell me why the difference in their prices and which is the most value for money
Go for the Riverside 120.... Its a fantastic value for money.... Expedition will cost you 10k and gives you Alloy frame, disc brakes shimano gearset. But if you goal is just for city rides you should be good with Riverside 120 it also has a 8 speed gearset which is more than enough for city rides.

@@ARUN_HENCHINAMANE Personally I would suggest going for geared bike as within city also you will come across elevation changes..... Specially climbing flyovers on single speed is no fun.... Gears will make it easier.... Here are some options for you under 10k.

Fat tyre or hybride one !!
Obviously hybrid one its light in weight and best for beginners fat loss.. Fat tyre cycle is heavier coz of the tyre size and you can't ride it for long distances.. Go for hybrid cycle you won't regret it just buy a nice one don't go for very cheap ones
