    @Livewire Telecom.....Hi... still not clear which should I buy. The price of B525-23a is slighty higher, but the 535-235 seems to have much better features: CAT7, 4G+ (carrier aggregation) and support one more 4G band than B525 (28). The only advantage of B525 is MIMO. Is that the reason why the price is similar?

    • @eFones
      @eFones  Před 4 lety +2

      The B525 is at the end of life and will eventually be replaced by the B535, but you need to look at what device best suits your scenario, it will depend on how you use the device. It will be worth mentioning that support will obviously be around longer for the B535.

    B535 does support bridge mode? I don't have this option in T-mobile soft version. Is there any original huawei soft I can download and use bridge? I cant believe this modem does not have an simplest BRIDGE option... This comparison should also be done for hardware (like CPU), speed and differences between cat6 and cat7 - so in my opinion the title should looks like e"SIMPLE/FAST comparison". Thanks!

I rarely see 4G+ on my router and have been told that although the 525 does have CA, it won't CA on bands 1 & 3 together (where I would be very likely to get 4G+) but only 3 & 20, 20 being quite slow in comparison.
      Is this correct? Would dearly like to see more 4G+.
      Add if so, I suppose I'd have to go for the 535 (Although it's a bummer that it doesn't have the RJ11 telephone port)

    The 'telephone in' port he keeps referring to looks a lot like a LAN in port. Does this mean that the B535 doesn't work as an AP?
    Also I'm pretty certain the CAT7 reference is to do with setting it up with LAN connections to other devices rather than having much to do with LTE signals, like CAT 6 and CAT7 are network cable ratings.
