@@nothingtoitbuttodoit Meet The Bodybuilder Making $200,000 Per Month | Jay Cutler - Ice Coffee Hour (uploaded Aug 22, 2023): This interview delves into Jay's business ventures and income streams.
I appreciate Jay saying he "doesn't train hard" because it's important to put into context that this level of volume is only possible if you lower your intensity. There is nothing wrong with this approach and obviously it took Jay to the top - But it's important newbies understand that you can't train 6 days training every set to true muscular failure. For 99% of natties that's going to mean under-recovery and plateau. Volume and Intensity are in an inverse relationship and it's about finding your personal balance of the two.
Depends on a few things, if you have good form to prevent injuries, sleep well and eat well and by well I mean whole foods, no fast foods etc then I don't see why you can't. I train a silly amount of sets, I'll do 3-6 drop set super sets take a 1 min rest and straight back into another 3-6 sets before a break.. for about 80-90mins. The only injury I've had is in the elbow/forearm due to weak grip. I train super hard almost every day after having no food for about 10-12 hours, eat all day until sleep.. yes it's more than likely riskier, can be done though.

No Jay, don't push yourself too hard. Your body takes too long to recover for you to be breaking it. And besides i wanna see you looking huge as you are so i can tell ppl you're the goat
I started taking a day off after legs and it’s made a world of a difference I train for 5 sets of 4-6 reps with a lot of rest for heavy squats and I’ve noticed a real difference in the quality of my second push day with the day in between
This is great! Straight to the point. Clear. No bs. I would love to see a conversation between you and Dorian Yates. Master of volume and master of intensity in one video would be so cool.
Love u king Jay a cut above the rest been a fan forever met u several times at the old golds eastern and serene u never disappoint always have time for fans. Quad stomp I was there when u beat Branch such a great show
If any of you paid attention to what Jay was (outstanding) and what he is right now, It is really remarkable and can not be overly stated how this may very well be his best version. Learn to really see. It’s really impressive. The implications. Whats not seen here. Whatever he said to himself for God knows how long, in order to stay evolving. God damn Jay !!! What a gift to mankind
It's so beneficial to take a couple days off but I find it so hard mentally. I feel as if I'm not getting all I can get when in fact I get more from rest.. It's a mind game
Been training like this for 17 years. Always worked the best for me. Not those Push PULL things they try to sell you everywhere. If you are able to go many times this is amazing!
Hi Sir.. I'm a big fan on you. At the time of 2006 battle with Ronnie you won that stage after I have liked your behavior no additional movement and reaction that shown your attitude. I have ever seen it with other bodybuilders. I love you❤❤ Sir and take care. God will bless you Sir again and again.
Damn Big Jay!! Me I keep it simple. Day1 Chest n Triceps, Day2 Back n Biceps, Day3 Shoulders & Trapezius, Day4 Arms or Legs Day5 Legs or Arms rest on the Wknd unless I rest during the week then I’ll train on the wknd. I also try to train while on Holiday Honeymoon included
I do chest back and arms, shoulder and legs and core. Then do core then repeat. Or don't even rest just depends on. My body. But this is when I have time. If not I'll just do chest back and arms, legs shoulder and core weight lifting. Then that's it for the week.
My current split is chest/shoulders, Traps/lats, Quads/Glutes, Tri/bi, Hams/Calves. I went from 3 sets 2-3 times a week to 8-9 sets once a weak, and it *feels* more effective.
I never understood why so many people do back and bi together, there’s no logical reason that I’m aware of. Never been a big fan of combining muscle groups, I’ve always been of the mindset that I’m there for a specific muscle group and I’m gonna put all my effort into fucking up those muscles on that day. Right now I do: Biceps Triceps Chest Legs Back Shoulders Rest day Not in that(or any) particular order, but I do space out the tricep and chest day. My lat work does get thrown in on either back day or shoulder day though.
I love Jay Cutler truly one of the legends! BUT do not do this workout split if you are natural. It will not work. There is not enough recovery. I spent years doing volume training just like this split and never really built any sizable muscle or size or strength. But until last year, when I stumbled upon Mike Menter high intensity training and going to failure with little volume and lots of rest days in between that I started seeing crazy results.
You can't be more wrong lmao, I used to do upper, lower, day off and that's all I did which is way harder and way less recovery! This workout is way easier and I'm gaining mass! So maybe domt give out false info please!

You don't need to train hard when you are injecting. That is not a natural physique. Wake up people.
That's why high intensity low volume is there

7 days minus two rest days are 5 days.

Switch to opposing muscles rather than using same muscle groups on training days. Rest more. Train less but keep intensity high.
Legs completely by themselves. Same for deadlifts. Creatine great for power and recovery.
