45 Minute Full Body At-Home Workout | Dumbbells Only | Giant Sets | No Repeat

  • Grab a mat and dumbbells for this 45 minute full body at-home strength focused workout. For resistance reference, I have a pair of 20lb, 15lb, and 10lb DBs. We will perform four exercises at a time for 60 seconds each before taking a break. Be sure to listen for the ding and watch the upper left hand corner for the upcoming exercise since there is no transition time between some of the exercises. After each giant set (or ever fourth exercise) we will take a 30 second break that our bodies should need. We begin with a bodyweight warm-up before grabbing our DB's. Grab a moderate weight selection for each giant set. This is very a very high volume metabolic workout. If your forearms or wrist start to bother you, there a few lower body exercises where we can lightly place the DBs on on shoulders/traps if needed instead of holding onto them.

    Wow what a format you have chosen, really enjoyed from warmup to cool down and somewhere here would mention that you are the first instructor who included warmups and cool down in the same video and this is totally helpful for people that don't have plenty of time to search for starting and finish properly in time . 😊❤

    Laurie! I just discovered your channel and I’m so happy. Your workouts are everything I’ve been looking for (TRX, minibands, and dumbbell only workouts, especially). As great as the workouts are, I know your body is made in the kitchen. Would you consider including some videos on nutrition and your eating plan?

    Donkey kicks with round dumbbells is difficul, it hurts my hamstrings.

    Did a workout yesterday, can't find it now on the net, and I am soooo sore today and just wanted to say thanks (in a good way). You used weights, bench and a resistance band with handles. Looked everywhere. Anyhoo definitely moving slow, but looking forward to doing it again moves were great. Moe (Maureen)
