In 2016 this guy is saying that pakistan have built bunji dam and bhasha dam meanwhile in 2020 work has just started on building bhasha dam and bunji dam is no where to be seen. Indian people love to spread hate against pakistani people. Some Pakistanis do the same unfortunately. The was informative but can't say if most of the information was incorrect or only this one thing.

Brother, you did not read about Nehru. He was visionary leader. When this treaty was signed, at that time, Nehru said in Parliament that "By signing this treaty, I am purchasing peace". At that time, our economy was so weak, so we were not want any war with Pakistan only for water.
Even we had faced a bloodshed when India was bifurcated.
By signing this treaty, Our main motive was that now onwards, Pakistan will not be aggressive towards India in future, will not inject the terrorists & so on.
2ndly, China have spent a lot of money for making dam on Indus, Jelum, Chenab. So, if we walk out from this treaty, then China will also dilute the water of Bhramputra.🙏🙏🙏

Not only indus bro many tributaries of ganga originate in nepal and so called bhramaputra originate in china ....
If after war china want to stop water than it can....
Cause India can't make simple statue we import it from China only....

    • @navneetkashyap802
      @navneetkashyap802 Před 4 lety +4

Other rivers chenab jhelum ravi etc. are in India. If china does stop indus, india can survive as it already has, India isn't using indus due to treaty so no affect on India. But if treaty is broken pakostan will suffer and will have to stop terrorism and come to table for peace talk(although don't think that will have any solution, pak is like crab).
And only plating of statue was imported, design, construction, most of raw material, engineering eyc. was Indian. And in this age of globalisation almost nothing is completely made in one country.

Indus Water treaty should be revoked we the people of J and K are most sufferer by this treaty. Signitries totely ignored our interests. We should get at least fifty percent of water from the three western rivers. There are hundreds of villages where people are deprived of the amenity of light. How we people deal with unemployment. India is giving water to Pakistan by ignoring our interests and Pakistan blessing us with terrorism. Jammu and Kashmir is paradise on earth but because of this treaty it is not less than hell. We cannot use of our river for power projects, for horticulture and for agriculture .How this state will tackle all the issues. Tourism is also suffering. So I strongly urge with govt either revoke this treaty or do something for we people. I hope will succeed in getting justice.

My view is that indus water treaty between India & pakistan is illegal as by pakistan version j&k accession is not complete and thereby as per pakistan India had no legal control on j&k and in such case the signing be indian pm is not legal for rivers flowing through j&k . The treaty is valid only for satluj beas and ravi between india and pakistan.
Had this treaty been signed by sheikh abdullah for j&k and pakistan and india it may had been valid.
treaty of 1960 between india and pakistan can be valid only if pakistan accepts that accession of j&k with india is final and gives back pok also to india thereby agreeing that india had legal Authority for making treaty for rivers of j&k in 1960 itself
pakistan had been accepting what it likes and rejecting what it dislikes.
however if india and state of j&k starts the fight pakistan will have no place to hide in any international forum
