    Even pakistan is MUCH MORE proactive than India for there water security
    ( + information warfare ).

    It is simply impossible to make dams on Indus in their region of Kashmir.
    Gilgit Baltistan is already in control of Pakistan, while India is already building Kishan Ganga on Chenab so theoretically India can, but practically India cannot do anything on Indus.

    Can reverse be done? India should build higher dams so that if water is released it goes back to the higher plane, by this way we can control how much water we receive and stock more water? Is my physics right, even though implementation is very hard.
