      Step1 ..govt should legalize it..😊
Step2... govt should kill the illegal system😮
This will take max to max 4 years ...(if worked upon with right and industrious intentions)😤😤
Than let it be legalized for 4 more years simultaneously promoting it's bad effects on physique and mental health ....like they did with cigarettes and tobacco using theaters and ads on tvs ....and social media .....than ban it again 😅...than u must be asking why it was supposed tobe legalized in the first place ...it's simply because there is too much demand (ofcourse with strong psychological addiction that weed has😢)so first what govt supposed to do is legalizing it so that they can fund this project with the money produced with the tax that they will put on weed also weed users will have time to realize the fact that "maal" is not good for them..😎😎

Firstly it should only be legalized for research purposes so that we can have a better understanding of the pros and cons and after extensive evaluations , further steps should be considered. If it is found to be consumable then should be Legalized, only for adults with the consumption strictly happening only in the presence of medical aid.
Looking from Gov's perspective, Black market already exists , legalizing might increase the consumption but it will decrease the scope of black market and then regulating a a legalised drug would be far more easily possible than trying to stop the black market. And this willn also help india in its exports.

Like we can allow specific quantity for ex 10 grams, if found more they can be fined some amount, there should be patent for Malana village so that even those people can freely grow weed and make hash have a stamped packet with an official government barcode, if someone found with hash with that particular packet should not be fined. some varieties have more thc and less cbd, if govt regulates and legalises then govt could check on variety of cannabis sold and allow only those with less thc and high cbd, just as how they regulate alcohol content. thc makes people high, cbd is known to fight cancer. If cannabis which has high thc is consumed it will affect the brain, so legalization will help apart from fighting adulteration of weed and also keep check on thc content and earn govt billions. So it's win win for both citizens as well as govt.

Legalization of cannabis is actually a good idea. Actually, with legalization better rules and regulations for distribution could be set preventing minors from sourcing the material from a registered distributor. While for adults who wish to consume cannabis there should be rules set that prevent them from purchasing cannabis in large quantities, an online log book (an app) that records their purchase history could do the job which could bar them from buying more if it is seen they are consuming more than the allowed quota. The app could also be used to determine if they are using the substance at an alarming rate which could lead them to dependency or addiction. There are smart ways to control the entire situation but for that a proper system needs to be developed first which comes only after it is legalized or properly regulated by the government and the authorities. Be smarter. This could change everything. There are smart minds in the nation, use them.

It is a dissociative drug which was strictly used only for attaining a higher spiritual state or salvation as used by rishi, munis as it helps them to stay distracted from materialistic world of moh-maya. Hence if consumed without such a purpose, most people over the time find themselves cut-off from reality and may confuse them of their life goals.
