You have a setup. Space kangaroo is asking ChatGPT to generate DALL-E prompts to generate "Where's Waldo" images.
You have a buildup. DALL-E consistently makes detailed scenes but then just inserts Waldo smack dab into the center of it, in a completely different style, and in a way that doesn't fit in context. SK asked it to try again, but to make it harder.
It's an improvement. The scenes are more detailed but it makes the same mistakes, just inserting Waldo near center frame in a way that sticks out. SK asks it to try again one last time, but to make it even harder.
You have a misdirect. Before we get a chance to get our bearings, we immediately zoom in on a very detailed scene, scanning the massive croud for potential Waldo canidates. We find one in that is very plausibly hidden, but he is turned around. They must have cheated!
You have the punchline. Hard cut to the final frame, still, no edits. There Waldo sits, sticking out alone, smack dab in the center. We have learned nothing.

This is more an issue with Dalle-E than with Chat-GPT. The prompts Chat-GPT gave Dalle-E were pretty decent.

Yeah, but dall-E is not a genius. It can't understand the concept of hidden or concealed. And in his dataset the crowd probably either have nothing in particular, or have a character that stand out.
That and the fact that AI really don't like making something with a small area (due to the whole denoising thing that will make it chagne the face at each iteration)
