The toughest thing about running as someone whose been running for 5 years is being consistent. Eventually you get to a point where not running makes you feel uneasy and anxious.

Run at the pace where you can talk but talking is difficult. That's a level 2. Starting with 2 to 3 Mi run gradually build up and eventually you can do structured runs like he does. Jog & walk with a weighted rucksack. Do jogs & walks uphill. In the military you're going to be doing 12 Mi walks runs with a 60 lb pack. If you have time to get fit enough you can join CrossFit CrossFit is very good Training for the military.
@@Gauravkirtkar123 essentially you body and muscles doesn’t have to work as hard when you’re wearing carbon plated shoes so if you’re always wearing carbon shoes you won’t gain the strength in your legs needed to run at the pace you want, better to train at these paces in foam to build your legs up so it feels much easier when you come to race in the carbon shoes
