Recently found your channel and I love your content. I've been skipping around to different videos. I was born and lived in Manhattan my whole life. I've lived in Tribecca for 13 yrs, owned my apartment for 8 years and I absolutely couldn't live anywhere else! It's an area that has the creative energy of the CZcamsr entrepreneurship as well as the more strict office professionals like myself who have traditional careers.

I like watching these videos as I am crazy fascinated how little you get for your $ The lifestyle of being in NYC must be worth it for them to maintain prices for tiny spaces. The buildings and lights off the outdoor patio look so cool!

Hey Erik you should post the blooper outtakes of these videos. We'd love to see them.
Omg I did a photo shoot in the 80s when this was pretty much an alley full of garbage and graphitti. The area changed so much it use to be factories and blue collar people. My grandfather's apartment a few blocks up on Beach street was only $89.31 up until he died in 2001, I could only imagine the rents now. I still have friends that kept relatives places ans under $200 a month but so rare now.

This video is obviously filled with paid advertisement, other than Varidesk, maybe you should disclose those as well, or do so if it's otherwise. But hey, I'm not saying it's not good. It's very nice, I'm very happy to hear your suggestions. I know you wouldn't recommend a place if you really don't enjoy it.
