After testing maximum power of lego cartridges, I thought: "how powerful a lego compatible bricks gun could be?"
I took some measurements and realized that I probably made the most powerful lego compatible bricks gun ever...
What's your opinion on that?
I strongly do not recommend assembling this, but just in case, I will leave the instructions 😈 (at your own risk, use eye protection while "playing")

Actually, very impressive gun! I make ones since I'm quite young and every time I see yours, it makes me want to make another one :P. One time, I even made 3 guns in a month and they worked smothly (except for one) with a mag and scope... all of this because of your videos!

I don't think this Lego gun can actually kill people, but it could inflict serious damage to the human body. I asked ChatGPT what 13.6 joules of energy on an 8mm point (width of stud) can do to the human body.
"However, as a rough estimate, this level of energy concentration could potentially cause significant damage to the human body, especially if it impacts a vital organ or a critical area. The amount of damage could range from severe tissue damage to bone fractures, depending on the location and other factors."
It would also be unlikely that the projectile can impale the human body (probably unless you're using dart rounds) as 13,6 joules on an 8mm point usually won't be able to penetrate the skin, muscle, and bone. For reference, a 9mm round has 350-500 joules of energy. So I'm pretty sure this gun can't really kill people.

Use aluminum Lego bricks for the gun so it won’t break
It will be easier to make a structure from normal metal than to look for aluminum parts. Here a slightly different design approach was needed to avoid parts breaking
Could you try to make a crossbow? I saw pictures of a Lego crossbow that used these huge springs and could fire a throwing dart through what I assumed to be a half inch wooden shim.@@SHRAPNEL_LEGO
