I am in NZ so I got my kit from Restoration Auto tools supplies.If in Australia you can get them from Metal Man Tools in Shepparton as mention in comments below I believe.
So this could be adapted to a motorbike tank got about 50 pin holes and two big 3 cm holes could I tin the little holes and get a wielder to repair the big holes ???

You could try tinning a piece of copper and using it as a plate over the larger hole
It should be good and solid once the solder solidifies.
