      Cheers mate. The idea of these videos is to help shed some light on what it takes to make something and to entertain. Tunes are from the CZcams audio library

      I've seen the hours people spend manipulating steel , I want to go to TAFE and improve my skills so I can do a better job on my 54 Dodge B Series Deluxe Coupe utility,

      Its a great go to for undercut welds and pinholes in welds... I dont see it as a bad thing so dont be ashamed to use it!

      No Shame here in using it if it's required
      I do a lot of shopfitting steel work steel table frames shelfs I also get a lot of rework from Chinese imported shelfs and a like
      I have to work with there level of fitment I find silicon bronze is essential to fill the gaps and smooth things over

    great job on the spare wheel door
    your right the fibreglass ones are ok but a poor quality
    like most repro parts they serve a purpose but a lot of people expect them to fit like factory items
    there were a few repro spare wheel doors made not sure who did them they were good quality but i think they were for hk t g utes

      Yep very frustrating they make the new spare wheel doors for all models except FE -EK! I spoke to the manufacturer who makes the repro ones and they were quite blunt with nope - never intend to make them for those models. So I had to spend 40 plus hours making my own.

    Great work Andrew appreciate you filming this stuff as it is a lot of work let alone the actual panel beating . Used to spend hours looking at your website too years ago ,your very talented .what happened to the old henrob Oxy welding?

      @streetneat  Před 4 lety +1

      Cheers mate. The Henrob torch came out to heat form a corner. I mostly Tig weld nowadays but still love the Henrob. Making a video takes up a whole very full on day just to produce 13 minutes not counting all the shooting while working.

    Can you do videos in landscape not portrait? Will be easier to watch. 😊👍

      Ok next time. I changed to using the Iphone and thats been a learning curve. I agree portrait isn't good.
