Confit is easy get oil get the thing you want to confit and let it sit in the oil for a bit with some heat very similar process when it comes to perfuming oil

GMM came through and supported them... all the while giving them artistic freedom to continue doing their own thing, without influence.

I really liked Damien, who I didn't know at all before this. I thought Damien did a great job and I really enjoyed watching him cook and listening to him talk as he did. He had a calm manner about him which I really enjoyed because it contrast with the real chefs more over the top manners of presentation. Damien was just the right amount of Damien, he was trying but not trying too hard. He was charming, funny and amusing. I really wanted his dish to win because he won me over with his personality. Damien, you should demand a rematch!

Damien is a really cool, down to earth guy. But he does use his calmness as a great weapon to cover up how over the top he can get. Nobody expects or sees it coming, which is why I love him on Smosh.

I wanted Damien to win too, but I _knew_ Vi would win because she knows how to bring the flavor. I think people really underestimate her cooking ability because we don't see her cook her own dishes on the show, but you know she's got that background/experience in food that would make her a beast of an opponent in the kitchen.
Just a fact. The beer Damien used is weihenstephan-Beer. Ist from the oldest still active brewery of the world. It comes comes from Bavaria, about 30km north of Munich. Something to learn for everybody. 😂😂

I said “that’s my friend!!” When I saw Damien, and then slowly realized that no, he’s not my friend, I just watch him on Smosh
Loved seeing Vee cooking completely on her own, would love to have that more often! Fun to see her come up with something solo, and to hear everything directly from her. It's so great to see how she's transformed from when she first came onto the show to her being confident enough now to be on camera alone
You know what was most amazing, is she made it look effortless! I had no idea she was a real Chef but dang, she's amazing!

Damien is chaotic good. Nicole is chaotic neutral. Josh is obviously chaotic evil. Vee is neutral evil and Trevor is neutral good.

Leeks are the Welsh national vegetable. Every year when we celebrate our patron saint St David on St David's day (1st march) we have a tradition called "Eat the Leek" where a group of young people (18 year olds) compete to see who can eat the whole leek the quickest and then down a pint of beer. One leek is normally spiked with a hot chilli sauce just to "spice" things up. Would make for a GMM skit too. 😉

Just wanted to take a second to appreciate how much Vee has come into her own. I've loved her from the start, and it's been great to watch her growth. She seems less fidgety and more comfortable and confident in front of the camera these days. Love to see it!

Loved seeing Damien on MK! Had such a soothing energy which is a nice balance to the typical chaos (which I love too). He’d be great to have on when MK creates food from video games/movies.“I’m going to Christoph Walz on over” killed me.
