My favourite cooking show . Whenever this cooking show comes on Africa Magic igbo, My Dad will chase my siblings and I inside. We don't miss her cooking shows. We love the fact that she doesn't add too much processed seasoning like this generation does. If you are married to a legit Igbo Man or if you have a correct Igbo Dad like mine, this channel is for you ,no cap .

You can use baking soda. Akanwu is not something you eat everyday so I don't see the health implication if taken just once in a while. Unless you want to be eating ugba everyday
