Lol tell them hey. You carry my baby around the park and tell me you don't want one after lol. My arms hurt thinking of carrying a baby all over disneyland lol
i have one of these, bought it specifically for disneyland. it absolutely saved my back! i’ve used it at the airport and at family gatherings. it’s my favorite baby item. i can still even hold my 11 month old comfortably with it.
I have the tush baby and used it for 1.5 yrs. Just make sure to switch hips occasionally if you’re using it for a while so you don’t throw your body out of alignment.
@@haldouglas4773hey! I’m currently trying to use a sling with my newborn (10), do you have any tips and tricks? I’m struggling to get a deep seat and the side of his body that is closest to the rings is a little higher than the side that isn’t.
They are called hip seats. They are super common outside of America. My sister with a degenerating spine and bone spurs on her spine was able to use one for hours to walk around with my kid. She was amazed her back hurt less after hours of use than 5 minutes of regular hip holding. Definitely a must have for older infants and toddlers!
The technology surrounding baby/toddler accessories is crazy these days! It seems like there's a tool to solve just about every parental dilemma. The only thing I'd say is maybe try to avoid an epidural, because that has a reputation for causing chronic back pain in women.
I don’t mean to scare you more, but I’ve had two kids. First was emergency C-section and 2nd was C-section due to hospital policy. I had an emergency epidural first time, the a cspine. My back pain is every day and sometimes I get a feeling like I’m getting the injections again. Worse living where it’s bone-chilling cold. BUT! working on your core strength and having good posture can alleviate so much pain. Even before having kids, fix your posture and strengthening your core and pelvic floor.
Having that time with baby Grace and being able to walk freely is SO worth it looking a little odd😂 I think its a great accessory for you and I'm happy it worked so well! I would not look strangely at this whatsoever, I think it's genius
I got this when my son was younger, and it was LIFE changing! He always wanted to be held but was a BIG boy (always fitting into double his projected age sizes). This saved my arms and back, and made him so happy. I will for sure by using with my baby girl on the way!
I got this about a year ago as an auntie and love it! I have chronic pain and back/hip/shoulder/basically full body issues and it helps so much. I got the extender as well as I’m a fluffy gal. Just showed my mom how to use it as she retired recently, also had rotator cuff surgery, and took over watching the 5 month old niece. Removed the extender for her and now she has this plus I taught her how to use the moby wrap. Fantastic tools for our needs while helping with the littles.
This is on my Christmas list! I gave my parents this as an idea for a gift for me months ago and I’m just sooo ready for it. I have a very clingy little one year old. I’ll be wearing this around the house I swear. I’m happy you liked it Sierra!!
Thank you this has been on my baby registry and this review just made me want it even more! I’ve got an injured hip and now the pregnancy seems to have taken my other hip so I’m in need of this product!!!
This was recommended to me by my osteopath. It helped me no end carry my son about. Now he’s 21 years old and I’ve no discs in half my spine and the rest of my discs are deteriorating. I would really recommend it.
Super common in China .. as an American, I thought that’s a great idea.. something else common here is ride on luggage for kids. I really appreciate that it’s functionality and ease for parents over fashion ..no judgement.. 🥰
I got a cheap version of this 4 years ago off Amazon. It was so practical! My youngest loved to be held but hated being in a carrier so for me this was game changing.
I watched this at 2am a few weeks ago, delirious while nursing my now 12wk old baby. After spending the day holding her because she wouldn't settle for anyone but me, I ordered the Tushbaby and it was legitimately the best decision ever- hands down!! I love it so much and have only had it about a week and wish I'd had it sooner!
That's so awesome because I sent this as a gift for my brothers grandbaby and she's not big enough to try it yet, but I've been nervous it was a bad idea since I sent it!!
I bought this. It still hurts my back a bit but nowhere close to just holding her. She doesn't like being cooped up in a carrier so this is perfect. You still only have one hand and can't cook or multitask, but it's amazing
Fancy name for a side saddle!!! 🤣 Great idea though! As a woman with no curves I've always been frustrated with not being able to carry babies on my hips!
I love this so much! I take my son to the gym with me and after my workout my back and arms hurt. I feel much more secure caring him out of the gym wearing this.
This is AWESOME! I've never heard of it until now. My son os only 2 months old at this time BUT I will.for sure be looking to get one when he's a little older.
This is an interesting concept. I broke my back a few years ago and now have severe back problems from it. I can't carry anything in front of me without having lots of back pain but I can carry things on my side hip without any problems.
My mind just blew up! I've never in my life wanted to run and buy something thus fast before. Ever. Genius. I'm gonna get a few, my sisters, friends, strangers at the park, brothers, everyone needs onenof these.
Ahh I’ve had mine since my daughter was about 4 or 5 months! You really would have been even more obsessed if you got it when she was even smaller/lighter. We just used it last week in Disney world and it’s great for being able to hold her for extended periods of time like when we were in line. Highly recommend. I will buy for anyone I know in the future that is pregnant!
I wish this was an option 7-11 years ago when my kids were babies/toddlers. Omg. Especially the older one, she wanted me to carry her constantly! On the plus side, I have some badass biceps still years later thanks to them. 🤣
10 out of 10 for me. I’m a nanny of 30 years and I have severe shoulder, arm and back pain from carrying dozens of babies. This saved my entire career. I would have had to give it up if I didn’t have this.
Well shoot! Husbeast & I tried this out & if I'd known it came with a belt extender that would have been AMAZING! Ended up not working for him bc he's 6'6" & "narrow" think like a 2*6 that's a 7' bean pole. Then for me it was too small! This would have made that 6-18 mo old bb + 2 yr old + mumma making breakfast/doing house stuff together phase SO MUCH EASIER! Def putting this back on the consideration list for bb no. 3
Just to put it out there you can apply this same method of carrying to other things as well. Putting the weight on your hips rather than your arms, back, or shoulders really really helps a lot. That's why hiker's backpacks have the belt clips as well
I found one during an out of business sale and I immediately got it. My husband was like "if you really want it"😕 Then it became his favorite baby gear that he always grabs.
I’m a nanny to an 11 month old. His mom ordered us one to share, I use it RELIGIOUSLY. Several times a day usually cause the little boy hates the stroller. HIGHLY RECOMMEND it as well!!!
This is NOT for moms without hip padding..I purchased two different versions of these and had to return both. One would completely fall over my hips, the other left bruising. I reccomend the Gooseket if you have also tried these and failed to find them useful..puts the weight on your shoulder like a book-bag, while still giving you the convenience of a hip-carry. I have severe back problems that require trigger point therapy shots and, I made it through disney without needing tylenol.
I need this! My daughter is about to be 5, but she is so tiny. Most people think she is like 2 at most. She loves to be held still, but she is getting heavier these days finally. Can't get her to put on weight really. I can hold her for like 3 to 4 minutes max before she is down again.
I like it! I don’t even think it looks “ridiculous” it just looks like a big multifunctional fanny pack.
Facts this definitely made me want one for my kid
yeah plus compared to other options its really not that bulky
it looks like a multifunctional fanny pack because it IS a multifunctional fanny pack
Its nice but i would go for the harness system so i have access to both my hands.
Lol tell them hey. You carry my baby around the park and tell me you don't want one after lol. My arms hurt thinking of carrying a baby all over disneyland lol
90% of being a parent is looking ridiculous for the safety, comfort, and joy of your children 😩 💕
it really isn’t that ridiculous? people wear baby carriers?
I wanted to comment the same thing and as a mother i couldn’t care less as long as my baby is happy 😊
i used to watch you through your pregnancy journey and haven’t kept up with you in a while, and OMG GRACE IS SO BIG NOW ❤
i have one of these, bought it specifically for disneyland. it absolutely saved my back! i’ve used it at the airport and at family gatherings. it’s my favorite baby item. i can still even hold my 11 month old comfortably with it.
Wow that’s so cool! I didn’t even know they made these kinds of things lol I gotta get one for my 14 month old cause she’s full hip baby right now
I was seriously soooo impressed. It makes hip carrying 10x easier!
I have the tush baby and used it for 1.5 yrs. Just make sure to switch hips occasionally if you’re using it for a while so you don’t throw your body out of alignment.
i use a sling with my 17 month old! super easy once you get the hang of it and she can keep her best friend (a small lovey) in it with her!
@@haldouglas4773hey! I’m currently trying to use a sling with my newborn (10), do you have any tips and tricks?
I’m struggling to get a deep seat and the side of his body that is closest to the rings is a little higher than the side that isn’t.
@@SierraStephenIRL all you are doing is making your kid lazy

Whoever invented that is a genius. Absolutely fabulous
I have chronic back pain and that's the biggest thing that scares me about having kids but stuff like this make it seem a lot less intimidating.
The technology surrounding baby/toddler accessories is crazy these days! It seems like there's a tool to solve just about every parental dilemma. The only thing I'd say is maybe try to avoid an epidural, because that has a reputation for causing chronic back pain in women.

It's crazy they weren't more popular when your son was little!
What, my son is 17, l never saw this before where was l !!
My sister loves hers! She's had it for a year now and it's pretty much the only thing we bring now on trips. We hardly use strollers now❣️
The only “looks” you’d be getting are jealous mom’s wondering where they can get one haha
Super common in China .. as an American, I thought that’s a great idea.. something else common here is ride on luggage for kids. I really appreciate that it’s functionality and ease for parents over fashion ..no judgement.. 🥰
I wish I could have found something like this for when my toddler was younger. He’s a giant and has been killing my back since he was born. 😭
I got a cheap version of this 4 years ago off Amazon. It was so practical! My youngest loved to be held but hated being in a carrier so for me this was game changing.
I lived with mine sans stroller from 12-24 months. Best best best carrier for a toddler
You’re the only person I trust reviewing this! Thanks❤️❤️
if it helps from mama's back breaking, it's a life saver! I love that both of you enjoyed it.
Bought one of these when I saw your Disney blog, and it came in today! I can’t wait to test it out.

Thank you! I have been eyeing this for the past two years.
OMG, this it's wonderful. My 1 year old is constantly asking for me to hold him. This is so helpful.
My sister is disabled and got one and it’s helped so much lifting her child and being able to go into the house and out. Worth it!
I have a similar toddler seat. Such a back saver.
I don't even have kids but that is so awesome you found an amazing product! Christmas present idea though! 🥰🥰🥰
You guys are adorable!!! I'm so happy for you!!!
So perfect, i just thought about getting one for my big baby and my toddler and to hear this from someone i believe is awesome
These are the absolute favorite in my house! It is a MUST !!!!!!
I have a different version but it's the same idea!
I just ordered one! I’m so pumped for it to arrive!!! 😊
too cute, she's getting so big
Grace is getting so big! 😍 She is so beautiful like her mom ❤
I bought this. It still hurts my back a bit but nowhere close to just holding her. She doesn't like being cooped up in a carrier so this is perfect. You still only have one hand and can't cook or multitask, but it's amazing
It doesn’t look ridiculous, it looks very smart!!!
Fancy name for a side saddle!!! 🤣 Great idea though! As a woman with no curves I've always been frustrated with not being able to carry babies on my hips!
am I the only one thinking... I need this for my dog...
😂😂😂😂
That thing is so impressive! I have to show my cousins with new babies!!
I’m 42 and about to have a grand baby. I don’t care about looking ridiculous anymore. 😂 This looks great! So handy. Thanks for the review.
I love this so much! I take my son to the gym with me and after my workout my back and arms hurt. I feel much more secure caring him out of the gym wearing this.
I just got this for Christmas and now this video comes up
WHAT! How have I never heard if this. Big thanks!
My chiropractor would probably love that thing.
That thing is so practical! I wish I had one when my son was little
Doesnt look ridiculous! And practical? Fucking love it

My friend has a Velcro baby so she’ll put this on so she can hold him while doing things. She loves it!
The only problem I see with this is that your favoring one hip of the other and that can cause some issues there instead of your back
I got the amazon version and I love it! And surprisingly it fit my size 20 waist. 💖💖💖
It just looks functional and clever

Mama is out here discovering those weight training compression belts to lift the kiddo. Mama getting those gainz.🔥🔥🔥💯💪
Wow that's such a great idea, I can't believe this hasn't been a thing sooner!
I was going to buy one of these but didn't think it would fit me because I am also plus size. I will definitely buy it now

I’ve been looking into this! Glad to know it’s useful.
That's amazing! I used to sit mine on my hip 😣
It seems secure and a good way to keep baby safe and close to mama!
Super cuties ❤
Her: “ it can hold everything I need”
*puts candy bar in bag*
I wish they had this when my kids were little it looks fantasstic
Love my tush baby!
Hope you guys had a lot of fun
Looks very useful!
My daughter used one with both her kids. Loved it. I could hold my grand kids all day
Your kiddo is so cute OMG
Wait I love this!
I was one of he backers for the tushbaby to come to life, i absolutely loved mine and saved it for when i have my next child

Function over form and the form isn't that mad at all even! I like it maybe on Baby number 2 this will be on my list
That's awesome for outings like this!
I bet her baby loved it🎉
Having this was my absolute favourite thing when my son was a baby. I recommend it to all new mums
I just had my 2nd kid and this was the only thing i bought new for her, money well spent
My aunt has this and we call it the Baby Shelf
Or
The Hip
Cause it's like an extra hip
Super helpful

Awesome review. And I don't even have a baby! ;)
Ooo that is so smart! Do you ever use baby carriers? Would you say this gives you less back pain than a carrier?
Totally love that.
not a mom so I have no first hand experience but this seems way better than a massive stroller, or even having both a baby carrier and a diaper bag.
i saw someone with one of these irl, it looked so cool and comfy haha
I wish i had this for when I had my daughter.
OMG! 8 years too laaate for me! I used to struggle with my little one. I think he had a core and bones of lead. Lifting was hell.
That’s a great idea ❤
That’s actually pretty cool if it doesn’t hurt your back!
There’s a knock off called ecomum that comes with a baby attachment so you can use it comfortable from 3 months to 3 years and it’s like $30
