Idaho H 599 Ballot Harvesting criminalizing a neighbor or friend for mailing absentee ballots

This is an another Voter Suppression bill from Charles Koch ALEC carried forward to the Idaho Legislature. There is no Ballot Harvesting. Who would do that for a politician? There is no credible evidence, on the absentee ballot there is a $50,000 fine for fraud. www.reuters.com/article/idUSL...
