- On this episode of Nerd Space Games, I take a look at Resident Evil's fanbase and pull together some of my favorite fan theories that actually carry some credibility to the point where I think they might be true? Let me know which of these theories do you think are true, which of these do you think are false, and which ones are just pipes dreams that you wish were true, but are not!

5:35 Chris’s change in physique is a result of Code: Veronica’s big Chris Vs. Wesker moment. Chris stands up to Wesker to finish things once and for all, but Chris is nearly killed in seconds. After barley escaping with his life, Chris knew he wouldn’t last another fight with Wesker unless he’s in much better shape. So his physique is from the natural gains he built up with constant power lifting and training. He probably figured that he can’t match Wesker’s super speed, he can make the punches he does land as powerful as humanly possible.
You know, from the very First Second i saw him in RE5 that was my headcannon. I was BEWILDERED by all the people loosing their Shit Over His Changed phisique, while i was Like: "Guys, He was SEVERELY outmatched in His 1on1 in CV, him NOT looking Like This would be weird, Not the other way around" even though we dont Talk about Its existense, RE6 also showed why He felt the need to Push Harder And Harder. It only makes Sense for His Charakter, but people Just wanted to make Steroid Jokes i guess...
@@marvinkose1143 I like how you mention him in RE6 because all the soldiers he lost under his command (including Piers of course) is why he left Ethan in the Dark in Village. Everyone always points out how dumb he was being by not queuing Ethan in on why he shot “Mia” and supposedly kidnapped Rose. But Chris’s campaign in RE6 has all the answers. He couldn’t handle losing anyone else especially a civilian. Unfortunately, his choice backfired spectacularly. But all of his Alpha Wolf squad survived.
Ya, because being able to punch a boulder, the size of a small house off a cliff is "natural".....

7:05 That was not Uroboros in the chest device, it was the P30 Project, a counterpart to Tricell's Plaga Project, which intended to create super soldiers with enhanced strength, susceptible to suggestion. The drawback to P30 was that the drug, derived from Progenitor research, was quickly metabolised and excreted. As Tricell had no data on the effects of a long-term trial, a specially manufactured device was attached to her chest to periodically inject her with the drug.
KRAUSER couldve also survived in OG RE4 because hes seen in a helicopter witnessing the island's explosion in his Mercenaries results screen.
That...and he survived getting stabbed by Leon (or at least how I fought him since he WOULD NOT GET OFF OF ME) And was shown later trying to fight Ada in her campaign
Cloning has been established as a thing in the RE games as far back as RE1, couple that with the fact Alex Wesker developed technology that could digitally copy a consciousness and insert it into another body and that Albert was in contact with Alex before his death. Capcom already gave us a canon explanation for how Wesker could return.

It would be cool to discover that the Hound Wolf squad was composed by Chris, Carlos, Billy and Hunk. Too much imagination but it would be super cool
Not sure Billy would be there. If anything, he'd be laying low unless he got a pardon or is going by another name or something. He would have some knowledge on the matter, though.
Its what would be cool though I don't see Chris and Carlos getting along. Work together maybe but they'd likely dislike each other. Carlos would likely get along with Leon but Chris is too serious. Plus it is cannon in RE 3 the original that Carlos and Jill were embracing like lovers in the epilogue so Chris would have a reason to dislike him for that. They may try to keep it platonic but you know Chris and Jill like each other. If it was just friendship and partners then when Jill says billions of lives are at stake and Chris is like "Yeah but..." It's illogical but makes sense in the context of non platonic love or at least feelings of it. Billy would have to live under an assumed name. It's not too much imagination if you're autistic.
I still think that from the original 11 BSAA founders Chris and Jill went rogue and formed their own team and work together or smth like that. Like u said it s much imagination but it would be a good opportunity to bring back a lot of OG characters.
I see RE8 like a missed opportunity with a loooot of things, it s obviously that The Connections are the main "bad guys " now, and since BSAA probably turned bad, these 2 squads are the only "good people" that remain. A team formed from Claire, Carlos, Rebecca( old S.T.A.R.S member, a very trustworth soldier), Billy( we didnt see Rebecca since so long and maybe she found Billy and convinced him ) and Hunk (we know he worked under Umbrella but lets say Chris convinced him because he is a top tier soldier).Jill, Leon and Ada lets avoid them for now
Another thing that i didnt liked about RE8, (dont get me wrong the game is awesome) was Miranda goal, i wanted to be something much bigger, AND SINCE I AM A DELUSIONAL HARD ASS WESKER FAN, lets say Chris and Sheva didnt kill him in RE5, and he is very weakened somewhere, and he needed the megamycete to gain back his powers, and come back even stronger, and he promised Miranda that if he brings the megamycete and a vessel(Rose) he could revive her poor daugher.We all know Ada was cut from RE8, the reason she was in the village was to stop Miranda (she gain info from Heisenberg, same like Chris).
The ending of RE8, Miranda will win, she will use the megamycete to "revive" Wesker, but Ethan s efforts weren t in vain since she saved Rose in the end, but a bigger threat will come, (oh i forgot to mention, since Ada saved Ethan she trusted her to ally with Heisenberg, and all 3 tried to kill Miranda but they couldnt). Meanwhile Chris Night Howl and Lobo arrived, and at that moment Wesker appeared, Chris, infuriated tried to shoot at Wesker but it would be worthless.He will pass out Ada and Heisenberg who tried to attack him as soon as they see him, and he will say something like: "What kind of greet is that, bugs?" he will speak directly to Chris and explains things to him how thats only the beggining, Lobo and Night Howl tried to shoot at him, and Wesker getting angry both "Like old times, isnt it?", Ethan was watching all of that very confused, and Wesker noticed him and said: "You are the man who did all of this mess?", Ethan responds with "Who the fuck are you"?, Wesker chuckles and then used some sort of power, kneeling all of them, took Rose and Miranda and tell them before he vanished that they better run. Chris, very panicked told Tundra to get a helicopter and to tell Rebecca to cancel their mission.
The introduction of the other team: We found Carlos in a forest with a weapon standing in front of a gate, waiting for signal, Billy was near him standing on a log and playing with a knife, and tell Carlos who was the only one besides Rebecca that respected from that team: "HEY!Carlos, how long do we have to wait before we enter?", Carlos says: "Shut up slick!We wait for Rebecca", Billy grin and look at Claire who was very silent and on thoughts, and said to her " Redhead, if Redfield fails the mission we are dead meat" and she respond with "My brother will succed, i am so sure about that"
The fact is they were at a place when some of The Connections leaders(Jessica and Raymond) meet with Miranda, and they were sent there by Jill to take them hostage, but they didnt know that Wesker will show up

And at that moment Rebecca told Carlos to retreat immediattly at Hound Wolf Squad HQ for new orders.
Ok first of all if u read all of this it s almost impossible for this to happen, but i wanted to say how i would like the story to look like, and that would be a good setting for RE9, Heisenberg and Ethan joined Chris to kill Miranda, since they took Rose, Ada didnt joined them but they allied since they have the same goal,to take down Wesker and in RE9 we would play as Jill and Leon in a ghost town after one of the leaders of The Connections named Dean that is one of the BSAA founders.Oh and i want Krauser and Nicholai to be alive :>
Chris bolder feat is definitely superhuman level, but hell idk if that compares to when Jill fired that rail gun and the recoil was so intense it cracked the concrete under her and Jill didn’t even flinch.
The rail gun had advance internal recoil compensaters or kinetic bleeders?
@foofoo3344 That really doesn’t matter the ground broke under her. There was a massive amount of energy that pushed into her body. She was hand holding the rail gun it wasn’t on a stand, she was the only part making contact with the ground. Only way for the ground to break like that is she took the entire recoil, but her body was stronger than the ground so since her body didn’t break the ground did.
Even if it redirected to recoil around her she still took the shockwave full force. Like the ground buckled underneath her. Idk what the PSI would have been, but Jill being hit by a car traveling 100mph wouldn’t have even been half that amount of energy .

Billy Coen is still alive in the RE Universe confirmed since he was supposed to be Leon's partner in Infinite Darkness but instead was swapped for Claire to be Leon's partner last minute since they wanted to use her. The devs really wanted to use him though.
Nemesis was confirmed to be a no name boxer in the comics. I had hoped they made nemesis billy in the remake but they didn’t. Would have been awesome nod to fans if when he took damage he had Billy’s tattoo on his arm. Big missed opportunity

I believe I heard the comics aren’t canon but that was a great comic. Love the others too the zoo one, the island, no loose ends, Ada’s husband and nemesis vs birkin from that story.
Rumor has it that Tofu saved Billy.

On the topic of “don’t think Billy would survive”… He went through the exact same ordeal as Rebecca, I’m sure he still had a weapon on him after RE0 ends so surely he’ll be fine? And is he not trained to survive in the wilderness? Everything points to him living, he just is under the radar, most likely.
I personally would love to see Billy remade on the new RE engine 🥵
I actually think Oswell Spencer is still alive. He was really the guy pulling all the strings, even above Wesker. The fact that he manipulated Wesker literally since birth proves this. Think about it, he sent Wesker to the Spencer Mansion to collect BOW data, which ended with Wesker being punched through the chest by the Tyrant, leading to his resurrection. This was Wesker's plan the whole time, to fake his death and go underground. During all of this, Spencer had been researching several ways to make himself immortal. After the destruction of Raccoon City, Umbrella fell under massive scrutiny and Spencer went into hiding.
This all leads to 2006, where he once again manipulates Wesker, drawing him to his mansion to kill him. We know he wanted Wesker to kill him because he ordered his butler to "leak" his location to Wesker. And how does Wesker kill him? He punches Spencer through the chest, just like how he "died". Well, that's poetic, don't you think? I believe Spencer did this because he found his way to immortality completely in secret. But what good is it being immortal if the whole world is hunting for you? So, he used Wesker the same way Wesker used the Tyrant. He faked his death, healed, and went underground. And he had Wesker kill him because he knew Wesker would only believe he was dead if he killed him himself.
Never i have thought that billy cohen is dead. He's capable of surviving. And if ever billy died, i doubt the devs would not give players some hints that he is dead knowing how they love putting easter eggs on every game. They would put up something like a dead body with a name tag or a body you can examine that describes his appearances like tattoos etc. I believe he's very much alive and who knows, he might be come back with a movie or a coop game again where you can use him

So yeah, he's very much alive. Though he was known a dead man since rebecca protected billy, he might have changed his name and appearances to stay lowkey
They needa bring Billy back. The shit he went through on the train and facility was waaaayyy worse than dogs in the forest - he’s killed mutated monkeys, a tyrant and a big ass leech. He’s alive and I hope they bring him back in a new game 😔
I think re7 Chris looks the way he does is because Capcom was rebooting the series and they wanted him to look like he did in re1 and code veronica.
If Ada can fall at least A HUNDRED FEET, while being shot then climb OUT of the labs, fight her way through the city to catch a chopper on the freeway its not too crazy that a military trained Billy Cohen made his way through the woods. The woods werent too infested with BOWS since authorities investigated campers deaths but couldnt locate the BOWS.
To all the people saying Wesker is alive, all because of Umbrella CORPS just know you're wrong! Yeah, DC Douglas said Umbrella CORPS was canon, but that was years ago! YEARS AGO!! He has since back tracked on that statement! Umbrella CORPS isn't canon to the Resident Evil universe!
I use to think the same thing after I played Umbrella CORPS "horrible game". I do think they could clone him though from his DNA, but hopefully when the Resident Evil 5 remake comes out they rewrite that story and have him live because all the villains after him have been lacking!!
Capcom confirmed Jill Valentine is superhuman like Sherry from being Infected. Agility, Regeneration, Strength, an Aging slower.
Only thing about the merchant theory. Luis has a spanish accent while the merchant has a british accent. Maybe that could be explained as Luis's grandmother was spanish and his grandfather was british making luis a a quarter british. Who knows.
Billy survived WAY WORSE than 4 dogs in RE0. Assuming he still have his weapons at then end, it’s easy for him to deal with this. Surviving in the forest isn’t hard. As a rule of thumb: You can survive 3 hours in the cold ( it isn’t cold), 3 days without water and 3 weeks without food. Plus he was a soldier sent in tropical settings and its harder to survive there than in a plain forest. He is alive.
It's actually closer to 4, including 4minutes w/o air before brain death begins (barring a stasis-type situation, such as falling into a cold lake etc - which actually HAS happened & pushed that to unheard-of limits IRL)...interestingly, in Chinese superstitions etc, 4 also happens to be the number of Death (ie, if there are 4 ppl eating, they tend to set a 5th/vacant table setting to ward it off etc)...
Regardless, pretty good points & I agree...not too sure how people see Billy's death as "certain", especially with him surviving a car accident, dog attacks already (dead Cerberus' at [& likely even causing the] crash scene, implying Billy used a dead MP's sidearm after taking it post-crash) a considerable amount of time BEFORE even meeting Rebecca...also, if hikers have been killed by escaped Cerberi, that would indicate the area isn't THAT isolated (otherwise HOW did the backpackers/hikers get there? At the least they'd have to have left a car behind etc)...
I find it strange the "logical" conclusion is "R.I.P, Billy", TBH & agree there is a VERY good chance he DID survive the events of RE0~
Wasn't the woods surrounding the mansion set on fire and burned to the ground due to the self destruct? I mean realistically Billy only had to worry about a couple of infected dogs and maybe some crows so it's plausible he escaped that but the forest fire killed everything in that area and left no trace of the mansion events. I guess it depends on how far he managed to get away from the mansion before the fire broke out.
Alive or not, the series NEEDS Wesker. Because in its current state, there's no Main Villain.
My main thing about the Billy theory is that this man was a part of the military, and the flashback shows that his last deployment was in a tropical forest. With that in mind, he would know how to traverse similar terrain as such and be able to track and avoid things in that environment. I just think he is just too good at ghosting everyone. Would be nice for a future CG movie to include him since Rebecca has been prominent recently in the films.
Also his training would help him navigate towards a particular direction and survive off what is available for food and water
And he really is eading directly arway from the direction Rebecca was. So the direction with the least amount of issues.
Also if the merchant is luises grandfather and he was last seen locked in a burning building, it could explain why he is so Covered up. To hide the burn scars
Yeah Billy being dead is a pretty lame theory considering the scenario he went through. Its easier to assume Billy went into hiding the moment Rebecca filed his death report and is somewhere in Latin America or anywhere with no US extradition.
WESKER seemed interested in Billy in RE0, so it's heavily rumored that Billy was captured and infected by the Nemesis parasite

They have shown Hunk without his Helmet, he basically looks like Wesker, Blonde slick backed hair and blue eyes
Rebecca did mention Billy died and became a zombie in the N64 version of RE2 in one of that version's exclusive ex-files, but I wouldn't rule out that she just lied about it to get the military and RPD off his trail as her way of repaying him for saving her life multiple times. As for how he escaped, has there been any of the games that showed the zombies outside in sunlight? If the zombies are like the leaches, they probably hate sunlight as well. Now it might not damage them to the same extent as it would leaches, but it might be enought to get them to look for some place darker to hide, so he might have stayed in the light while he was escaping. Just my thoughts on this.
As for Wesker, there is a problem with the theory about him that you overlooked. Think about before they they got on the plane. Chris and Sheva poisoned him before that battle.
Chris being the perfect, uncorrupted version of a BOW makes a lot of sense and is more reason why the Redfield Lineage must continue. He's basiclly Captain America and all the other BOWs are Red Skull, imperfect and flawed.
Billy might be nemesis. So for i have noticed two things that would suggest it.
1: Billy has a tribal tattoo on his right arm, nemesis had tentacles on this right arm. (Who knows what any virus could do mixed with dna and tattoo ink)
2: The iconic line nemesis says ("STARS") is said in a similar way by Billy when he meets Rebecca.
But we also need to remember that between R.E and R.E 2/3 there is several months that have passed giving Umbrella time to search the forest and possibly find Billy, possibly infected by said creatures in the area.
Let's hope Capcom will let us know.
Rebecca reported Billy dead because he was an escapee and she’s a Police Officer. They survived together she did him a favor 💀
Billy doesnt show up because hes still a wanted fugitive and cant really show his face to any authority. Thats also why rebecca doesnt mention that she helped him.
he isn't really at this point. billy Cohen is officially dead. So he's not really actively wanted.
His main issue would be if he got arrested, or needed to provide an ID.
That said, post re4 he'd probably gotten a safe pass at that point.

I have an interesting thought what if Hunk was one of the other Wesker children. Albert and Alex were the perfect subjects of Project W and while every other child died, Hunk survived while also being a failed test subject. His mutations are minimal yet grotesque (hense the mask) and he gained no heightened physical or mental abilities. Umbrella kept him around purely because he was still loyal but would use him purely for suicide missions only for him to survive every time against all odds.

@@karasutaiga6214 Thanks I also have another theory about Rebecca being naturally immune to the T Virus. Hence why she survives being attacked and potentially infected by Marcus' leeches and her cutscene bite by an eliminator. Also the easter egg of Wesker having a photo of her in his desk might've been from a file Umbrella made. They likely got ahold of samples of her dna from searching collegiate athletes for subjects for the Tyrant program and noticed she was completely immune. Umbrella probably thought of using her as a researcher because of her high intellect and aptitude for chemistry but they likely psychologically evaluated her and found she didnt have traits desirable for a position at the Arklay branch. Yet Umbrella either thought they could still use her by having her join Stars and be mentored by Wesker to later join Umbrella. Or more likely for her to be a test subject for a trial run of there BOWs like the rest of Alpha and Bravo team who were all highly specialized highly skilled in combat but Rebecca's main trait being her immunity.
Billy just survived an insane situation with Rebecca why couldn’t he have survived a bit longer through the woods?

I was a bodybuilder for 12 years and did steroids to compete for 8 years and Steroids definitely make you stronger but not a ton stronger and age you more then keep you youthful. Chris definitely ran some sauce on RE5 😂

In the same vein as Chris being infected i believe the same is true with Leon, we know he takes the plaga out but he had it in him for so long it had to have enhanced him that could explain how he's able to explode heads with a kick and do inhuman flips and jumps and feats of strength

Merchant being Luis's grandfather well another thing to back that up is when they *burned* him well with him having knowledge of all these tunnels what if he escaped, patched up himself and covered himself to hide his identity
There is a theory that the Merchant's first appearance was actually in Capcom's Breath of Fire 3. In Syn City you can come across a merchant in purple garb that only has a few lines of dialogue but speaks in strikingly similar way to that of the Merchant in Re4. Probably just an odd coincidence but its always been my head-canon that he's just some entity that can travel freely between the worlds of Capcom.
That's even wild. That makes the Merchant a dimension hopping entity
I feel like that's just Capcom taking inspiration from elements of their other franchises.
Examples of this are:
- They use a shining effect on an item, which is something they use in Resident Evil, Final Fight, DMC, and even Street Fighter when you play as either Vega or Cody.
- Dante having a move called "Rising Dragon" which is the English translation of "Shoryuken" when you equip Beowulf in DMC3
- RE7 having a bonus game mode called "Ethan Must Die," which is a to the game mode in DMC called "Dante Must Die."
There's probably a lot more, but those are the ones that I recall the most.
I don't think remake krauser is gonna fight ada. His remade ark has no connection to her or wesker.

@@NerdSpaceGames Well first i must apologize for the ling comment and 2nd nice video and 3rd heres some info we could consider for billy's odds of survival.
dont forget billy survived even more harsh climate in africa with his platoon just a year before that and at the end of re0 we dont know what weapons the characters left with so we cant really rule out the posibility billy coulda toughed out the harsh climate aspect of it but having BOWs woulda just made it harder.
Billy coulda survived but that is only possible for sure IF he was heavily armed! Like so much so that it would explain why rebecca only has her handgun in re1. But chances are they ditched most their weapons when the facility exploded.
Also billy had to have grown up a mountain boy to know his way around the mountains like that cuz if youre not careful you could easily cause your own demise in that situation so we dont know about billy's upbringing so take that into account.
But now lets say the cutscene is whats canon so they at least have their pistols.
Now they part ways lets say billy was a mountain boy and knows his shit okay so his only real concern is BOWs which since all he has is a pistol then odds are he was axed off.
Now lets say hes not a mountain boy then hes gonna have to worry about slip ups and accidents that could easily do him in. That will end you much quicker than a BOW will!
Now if we give billy all the advantages we can throw at him then i say hes got a 94% chance survival rate cuz you gotta have food.
Now take away the guns then theres a id say a 48% chance of survival. Not so good there.
Now take away the mountain boy but keep the guns then theres only a 54% chance of survival itll be a lot of freaking luck on that one to not slip up!
Now take away all the big guns hes only got his pistol and hes not a mountain boy then he has absolutely 1% chance of survival cuz in the mountains you gotta worry about rockslides among other things. If he survived that then that woulda been an absolute act of God and call it divine intervention cuz there is no freaking way!
Besides capcom said his remark of *Yeah im just a zombie now* was forshadowing his fate so chances are bill got infected in the woods and died and is still wondering around there as one til racoon city was blown up by the nuke since nobody woulda been in the area to put him down.

Ok, hear me out. Wesker's little glowing orange ball has a hard shell that activates in the volcano and Hunk is dispatched to locate it. He is then grown back from the little jawbreaker and he is alive and well. Problem solved. Now bring him back!

The way billy saying "stars" kinda reminds me of nemesis

my own theory is that in the DLC for separate ways....
Krauser is the missing *"It"* boss
Considering how it seems that everyone's fate in the remake is more or less the same to the original with a few tweaks or delays (considering Luis' fate) it would make sense that Krauser may still live.
However in the og the boss fight was timed as explosives gave an incentive to defeat Krauser and to gtfo asap. In the remake they allowed the character to take the time for the fight (so long as they have ammo). Unlike the og we get a cutscene of Leon 'killing' Krauser. This felt important as it is to signify that Leon was finally looked up to by Krauser as more than a rookie (considering his final breath he address Leon by name)
Now Assignment Ada, the second dlc, was not promised and seperate ways may look to tie all 3 chapters together. We also have to remember that U-3 in the remake is both of the verdugos. One of them had suddenly disappeared, chances are that verdugo (and maybe the queen plaga plant may have an apperance here) would replace Krauser in Ada's playthrough.
If the Merchant is Luis's grandfather, how come he never acknowledges Luis who is in the same room some times?
Well if we look in the village files, we see that his grandpa cared for him deeply and when he was bitten by one of the infected wolves, he never wanted to see Luis with his "worried eyes". He also has a thing for jewelry and valuables as evidenced by what you get when you go back to Luis' old home.
If we are keeping to the theory, he probably didn't want Luis to be worried once more and risk his life to fix him. He must have known how dangerous it is to be around Luis and was unable to protect him like he wanted to.
That could be why the merchant doesn't engage in combat because his grandpa wasn't a fighter like Leon, no matter if he were immortal or not, he would be killed by Saddler if caught.
It also lines up with Leon 1st getting help from the Merchant as he was with Luis, I think he meant to free Luis instead of Leon but didn't get there in time so he saved Leon.
This is all theory of course, many holes in this but it is fun to theorize.
We also don't seee their off panel interactions either.

Honestly, I believe Wesker is alive too... Spencer SAYS Albert is the only surviving Wesker, yet his sister was in Revelations 2 which was set a few years after 5.
In 5, Wesker seemed a little too obsessed with Chris as well, almost like a clone who had only been given memories of the relatively few times Chris had foiled his plans. I don't think that RE5 Wesker was the real one.
Wesker needs to stay dead he's the worst antagonist he had five good opportunities to kill chris and he didn't he said so himself I've should've killed you years ago chris so to bring him back to kill him will be what was the point fandom
8 - I agree with this Hunk and Chris have the same reputation of surviving and all of the team dying they will work together properly.
7 - Krauser till we get RE4R Separate Ways DLC we will never know as of this comment.
6 - Chris got infected on the Dead Island and Claire as well for the very first time in RE history, I think most likely he's taking steroids, but probably enhanced we all know that the BSAA has you know Bio-Weapons and shady stuff going as well so Chris's steroids might be something else.
5 - Ethan is alive is pretty much a given if Rose has some powers to bring back people from the Megamycene so it might be true.
4 - I feel that one is reach for the Merchant, we get to see Luis and the Merchant together no interaction along with Ashley as well.
3 - Billy until Capcom confirms it, its pretty much what Rebecca said he's dead.

Nvm that "Not A Hero" title with a "Redfield" nobody recognized in a USS outfit/helo is w made everyone think H.U.N.K. was using Redfield's name (either as an impostor or just simply because he has no known name other than H.U.N.K. on file to even USE)...until Capcom quashed that idea/conception...
...but the name of the new USS squad Redfield leads is kind of weird, too (I get Umbrella was re-structured etc, basically circa Umbrella Corporation game's era so Umbrella Blue/Red etc makes sense in THAT way - BUT).
"Blue Umbrella Hound Wolf Alpha Squad" just sounds weird...granted varied colour sections of Umbrella HAVE been mentioned prior (Blue, Red, Black & IIRC, White...nvm the pins & stick figures you could find/unlock [respectively] in the Outbreak games).
Hounds have been depicted in the games, but basically as Cerberi or zombie dogs, except the one you couod free (RE4? RE5?) that would help you later in a boss fight etc, other than that it is usually used as a term to pursue, harrass, torment etc.
H.U.N.K. has a longstanding, ongoing "rivalry" with Nikolai of the UBCS (who is also known as "The Grey Wolf"), the particulars of which have never been covered any further/deeper, AFAIK

But after all, as much medicine players used the hold every character alive I wouldn't be surprised if Chris would be an infected superhuman. Who is not suffering from any trauma from the band? We know Sherry is an infected, Jill has been brainwashed, and there is the Nemesis section, trouble finds Claire at every corner, Leon is a whisky expert with a need of a long vacation, why Chris should be left out?

Merchant: I wouldn't be surprised, if not only Luis' grandfather, but at least 1 of his uncle would also help in the role!
Billy: This is a tough one. Not a clue in RE1 from him, understandable thing Rebecca didn't mentioned him, because she gives fake report from him, also she didn't know his whereabouts. Perhaps a "Resident Evil: Lone wolf", or something could be done if Capcom is interested in. There is an option somehow Billy take up the contact with Rebecca, and helps her behind the "curtains".

The thing about the merchant is that we don't really know if he's canon or just there for gameplay purposes considering there's no actual mention of him aiding leon at any point in the story so who knows

The guy was melting in a volcano and took two RPG rockets to the head, taking it completely off moments before the big explosion, so there's no way Albert Wesker is still alive as he's been literally blown to hell.

@@jakechaos1009 Albert Wesker may send in agents like Ada Wong to retrieve samples, but he'll never make cheap knock-offs of himself as he who would do the job himself, especially if Chris Redfield is involved. And officially Umbrella Corp is non-canon as literally nobody even plays that disaster of a game, especially since "Wesker" was voiced by someone using a voice modulator.

I can totally see a boss battle with Chris, like he started using the virus to get a “boost” basically fight fire with fire, but at the end he gets burned and we have to take him out as the last boss of resident evil
About the re5 chris pushing that boulder, it is most likely pumice, a type of igneous rock, which is low density. like it could be. just saying.
That's a very porous rock so it would make sense. If it was granite or something, his feat would be weird but I did something similar. A lime stone rock was too heavy so I smashed it easy smash heavy lift.
Wesker clones, Netflix's only good contribution to the series.

It's fascinating to see how dedicated fans can dissect every aspect of the series to come up with theories that might actually hold water. Personally, I'm leaning towards a few of these being true, but others... well, let's just say they'd make for some epic twists if they turned out to be real! Can't wait to see where the Resident Evil universe takes us next.
Concerning theory N°7, if Krauser survived, he will be fought again in a RE5 remake as a mutated Ouroboros monster (don't forget Wesker needed a dominant Plaga sample for his plans and Krauser's body has it).
As for theory N°1, I can believe Albert Wesker survived in some way. I mean, Alex Wesker survived Revelations 2 no matter the ending, so...

Except H.U.N.K. has a backstory that pre-dates Billy's appearance (his "rivalry" with "The Grey Wolf"/A.K.A. Nikolai, for one) making the timing wholly incompatible, looks nothing like him at ALL & Billy isn't connected to Umbrella whatsoever, whereas H.U.N.K. most DEFINITELY has been for years etc...
...also, wheee'd he get the gear from??? Umbrella deployed his kit after the car taking him to his execution crashed???

I cant speak for everyone but I can care less about the connection with Carlos and the merchant. I'm more curious about the connection between the merchant and Duke. I'm also wondering if the vipers we turned in for the merchants feast had anything to do with Duke. Food was a huge part of our experience with Duke. Folks look for connections where there is none while ignoring blatant connections like the one I just proposed.
Billy was a loose end in a cover up. The whole point is that he was supposed to go in the wind. And Capcom wasn't likely looking this far in the future back then or they would have closed the game out better. It felt more revelations style. On that note Zero remake please. It would give them a chance to expand that story with more intent.

8. Chris Redfield's face from RE7 is similar with Hunk's from his Epilogue card in RE3 (OG), not their's physique. That's why people start to think that in RE7 there is HUNK, not Chris.
7. In Seperate Ways Krauser do not speak, and there is a theory, that his mind died after Leon fight, but plagua do not, plus plagua remembered what happened. That's why he is agressive with Ada.

In Code Veronica Wesker, who actually survies RE1, reintroduce with Chris with fancy powers like super-human speed, strength, healing factor etc. With that kind of power Chris doesn't have a chance againgst Wesker, that's why he is so swolen. Dragon Ball powerlevel logic. Does he actually a dragonball fan?
Everything else is speculation. Nobody knows where is Carlos and Billy (who probably escapes Raccoon forest), Ethan probably died when Jack Baker "invites" him...
In regards to billy coen having to go through the forrest quick reminder rebecca had to make her way through the forrest as well and managed to do so unharmed. Besides in my playthrough billy had a grenade launcher, a shotgun and a deagle at his disposal + healing equipment so unless he decided to just throw that all away he was very well equiped and at this point already killed bout a hundred of these things. In response to him not having weapons on him in the final cutscene i must say that he also managed to shouve all of that someplace during the game as well plus rebecca also had a gun on her in the spencer mansion when she fights the tyrant with chris and unless she found that gun at the mansion itself which admittitly isnt impossible it would imply that she kept some of the equipment from resident evil 0. Besides all that i would imagine that the arrival of the alpha team given how noisy it was lured a lot of the zombies from the forrest to them given billy an oppurtunity to escape

Ethan is sorta alive inside of Rose because of the mold. In Shadow of Rose, Ethan shows up to save Rose. This version is the Ethan who's mind integrated into the mold.
