The armor is said to be from galar and gifted to Kamado. In the Japanese version Kamado have Kansai accent which is where Johto based on. And him and Beni backstory of having their village destroyed coincide with Mahogany town lore, though this part is a theory
I hope we get a Legends Johto and Legends Hoenn next, both regions are suited for a Legends game after Z-A tbh, the burnt tower in Johto as well as the legendary trio pre-burnt tower form, also for Hoenn maybe explore one of the main disasters that happened there, explore the Dragonids lore as well as learn more of primal form and maybe introduce a fourth member of the Hoenn legendary trio (as well as the Ion duos and Deoxys too), so yeah

@@benjaminbiju3368 Yeah, also would show Ghetsis was only a bad egg or from a family line of bad eggs and the rest of the royal family aren't as bad as we think, just one lineage end up turning to what it is now, like with Team Galatic with the Galaxy Corp in Arceus, but who knows tbh, each generation as their own Legends story to be eventually be told, but who knows tbh
Also, I do love to see a Legends Hoenn, especially with the Dragonids and a turning point in the lore, maybe some of the Dragonids were ancestors of some of the dragon type trainers, gym leaders, elite fours and so on, so yeah

There’s a really big focus on de evolution. The talon flame, the z-a, everything going backwards. We’re probably gonna have to reset time or reset mega evolved/rouge Pokémon that we’re gonna have to de evolve and tame, probably to save the city from being destroyed.

Like a charmander getting something done to him like an experiment or environmental changes that cause it to go from a charmader and evolve it instantly to a mega Charizard and maybe it becomes to volitile and a hazard to the city. The reason I say de evolution is because essentially we’d have to beat it so it can convert back to its original form, hence the de evolution aspect of it

I don’t think we’re gonna be just in Lumiose City. I’m pretty sure each time we complete an important task/mission it constructs a part of the City we didn’t have access to before. Maybe new merchants and stuff when each spot is built idk
The catacombs of paris are a good way to extend on lumiose city, since it's based of paris.
Still waiting for those past versions of Archie, Maxie and Adler because that's definitely not just a random background item it's intentionally placed there for a reason
i think the 3rd book in that original legends trailer could be for galar. purple for poison for eternatus. so theyd do gen 4, 6, 8 legends games
This got me thinking for so long when I start playing Legends Arceus on Commander Kamado office there's a Familiar Picture that looks like Diantha but "Ancestor"
The idea of battling megas instead of nobles is so cool! Especially because we've been told mega evolution is possible without a trainer - see Rayquaza - so if that did happen, I wonder if we could see the Lucario story play out in game.
I also wonder if they're going to tie in the original XY dex with its three separate regions at all - I know it makes the most sense to have five big areas to tie in with the nobles/megas/whatever, but I do wonder if there will be some distinction between western, central, and eastern Kalos or if I'm just overthinking this.
Ok also I know legends Johto/Crystal makes the most sense for the purple book, but I would love if they have made Kyurem like purple or something to make it work lol. Johto has a lot of really cool lore to explore, but I would love to see Black and White's lore get more backstory and finally learn about the original two heroes - hell what if we played as one of the two heroes?

It's interesting that it's in the form of a Legends game for Z-A either taking place in the era of AZ's time when he was king/the warring Kalos period OR due to that we have Cities & the wording of Redevelopment Plans & the art maybe Z-A might take place in the future!!!! My main hope for that when it comes to Megas that we get more Kalos pokemon would get Mega Evolutions considering it's the region that kickstarted the mechanic. A majority of Megas that we have now (from most to least; not including Reversion) mainly are from: Hoenn (20), Kanto (13), Johto (6), Sinnoh (5), & Unova + Kalos have 1 each; so it would be nice to even it out with the region that started the phenomenon for Kalos to gain more Mega Evolutions

Glad someone pointed out the 3 books in the 1st Legends Arceus trailer. Yeah, that could be Z-A. You could think Scarlet & Violet were the other books. It's anyone's guess, but I wouldn't mind a Trilogy of Legends games. Would love more than that.

My guess is that maybe the Xerneas and Yveltal we know are just their 50% forms and we'll get to see their 100% forms in Z-A. I think it makes sense because it would be kinda weird to have Zygarde be the only one of them that does that
I also really hope we get that other floette! AND single cell zygarde as a catchable Pokémon! I always wanted one after watching that anime season and was heartbroken when I finally played the game and couldn’t 😢
Eternal flower floette belongs to AZ right?? Would the player catching it mean taking it away from him after he waited sooo long? 😮
The anime came after the games.. So maybe thats why zygarde got so much focus on it in the anime because it was practically non existant in the games. 😅
@@Svithi.N.98 I mean the one we saw did. But that doesn’t mean it’s the only one. It’s just from the distant past. It picked the eterna flower as it’s flower. So if we go back to a similar time, with the same flowers, those floette may be common if that flower is more common.

Another thing is… I much preferred the way PLA handled “open world” versus SV. The open area approach was so much better. I don’t think SV did a great job designing the open world. It wasn’t fun to explore. The smaller bite sized open areas was way better. Just have more of them, and that’s it!
SV was just a test run for Gamefreak, they'll do a much better job with the open world aspects of Gen 10
@@BaithNa I certainly hope so. But so many people act like it’s the greatest thing ever, so they may think it was a great success and keep that format. But PLA was much better in that regard. I personally don’t think being totally open world is a great thing for Pokémon games. It does infact need some sort of structure to it. Not as much as it used to, but not as little as SV either.
But the dlc was very fun to explore. Only Base SV areas were bad
@@matthasch847 well, I think the first DLC was great. The second was still better than the main game, but had the same issues. But because it was smaller it was much improved. And I loved the idea of that area, which allowed for regional variants! So that was really nice.
the "A" probably referring to anarchy as Zygarde is the order pokemon.
maybe a pokemon with some kind of aura boost ability to make the other 2 legends be out of control.
and if you continue the norse mythology idea it might be Ratatoskr, the squirrel.

always longed for a Z game, i felt like xy were similar to diamond and pearl in that they needed a third game to expand on the region and fix the games
You missed two major things. The first part is that Kamado said the armor is Galarian, not Kalosian. Also, the tweet from the official twitter that says the Lumiose City we are seeing in Z-A is different from the one we experienced in XY. The map has a lot more going on as well as the plazas all being larger and more defined. It is very clear imo that the game is set in the future.

That’s a leap to assume that means the future. It probably just means the map is much larger and more detailed. Pokemon games change the scale all the time. Hisui is larger than Sinnoh, that doesn’t mean the island shrank in universe.
just because the map is larger dosent mean its from the future... just look at the cutscenes in many games where the cities are larger like in xy ceremony cutscene the city is like legends z-a
the 3ds couldn't have a large city even if they wanted to
I never play x or y on the 3ds so I am excited to explore the gen 6 city
Pokemon de-evolution did happen in the Pokemon journeys anime specifically during the hisui arc of the anime so that's possible.

Maybe the game will take Place in the past. AZ was the name of the Giant in Pokemon X and Y that was in Lysanders Prison. Az was a king from 3,000 years ago whose Pokémon friend, a Florette, was killed in a war where many Pokémon lost their lives. Heartbroken, he created a machine to try and give it life again, but his rage at the loss didn't subside so he used the machine into a weapon. His Floette left him for what he did to the world. The machine is the one Lysandre is trying to utilise in order to keep Kalos beautiful forever.
Like Legends ARCEUS you will play in the Past an try to stop the destruction, maybe this city is some kind of Ancient city of Kalos that AZ Ruled 3000 years ago and you play in the time before AZ Destroyed it.... Or something like this

If it is a trilogy, it gives more ground to my idea of Rei/Akari being the player character once again, with professor Laventon having dragged them along to kalos for something

Key word for Z-A is Zygarde text in X version say interesting think - When the Kalos region's ecosystem falls into disarray, it appears and reveals its secret power. In pokemon Y say difrent - It's hypothesized that it's monitoring those who destroy the ecosystem from deep in the cave where it lives. Main pokemon in legend of Arceus was Arceus in Legend Z-A be Zygarde meibe 100 % to colect Zygarde cels to sawe Lumios city end help win Kalos war for my it hawe sens

Imo go for legends arceus. I personally didn’t have a problem with either and like both but apparently sv is a lot more buggy. Plus legends arceus takes a bit of a new twist on Pokemon games so I think you’ll enjoy

Forget the issues. If you deal with them than deal with it. Not something you can control. But in all honestly I prefer Scarlet and Violet. Especially with the new dlc it’s definitely the better option.

I gotta say for this new kind of Pokémon legends game I’m kind of thinking about what the Pokéballs would look like this time and I’m just thinking imagine being like the old Poké ball from Pokémon 4ever When that boy from the past used it. Just saying I just figured that might be a good idea to see that again.
The talon flame to fletchling is referring to a end to beginning the name is Z-A end to beginning during this time is was a end of a era and a beginning of another
The extra Yggdrasil legendary could be in reference to ratatoskr the guardian of the tree maybe making a grass squirrel that is trying to get control of the others maybe that could be why Pokémon could be going rampant zygard yeveltal and zernias are fighting and maybe we partner with this ratatoskr Pokémon to help them regain control of themselves it would also make sense for the to be upset because maybe lumios is being made where the reside and with the city becoming industrialized it may make them all angry but that’s just a theory

I have a problem with the defenition of legend things, imagine this following scenario
"I have a great idea for the next pokemon game, its gameplay is jsut like legends arceus! So it should be a legends game! However it would have to take place in the future."
"Well shoot, sorry we can't do it then, future doesn't meet the defenition of Legend and we aren't making ANOTHER series, sorry you gotta throw the idea in the trash we can't do it"
Plus theres also things like, it could be called LEGENDS because its based on LEGENDARY pokemon.
Or the fact that things like Ragnarok are very much legends, but they aren't in the past as they havent happened yet.
There is a weird loophole where you could say a story will become a "legend" in the future. I would be more than happy if they did a Legends game set in the future, I just don't think it'll be Z-A 😅

Japanese armor isn't as bulky around the shoulder and armpit area because samurai were usually required to be capable archers. Also, European knight armor like that wouldn't have existed until a few centuries after Japan's fuedal era.
What if the villians are trying to de-evolve pokemon to better control them, since switch would be easier to protect people from a fully evolved pokemon or pre evos?

Its not only a Nintendo tweet though, its also on the official Legends ZA website, that the game is only set in Lumiose City.
4:21 - Those aren't domes though.
The middle one with Lumiose Tower, is called Centrico Plaza.
The 2 bottoms ones are called Blue Plaza and Vert Plaza
The top one is called Rouge plaza and the other 2 are Magenta plaza and jaune Plaza
This is the exact same as in XY Lumiose (Further proof Legends ZA has to be in the future).
Hell no, if legends z-a pulls a scarlet and violet and does last and future, it’ll be so bad. It’s a legends game, it’s in the past, the blue lines were just BLUEPRINTS for the plan for the city, no one can convince me otherwise. Fck future, past looks better.
@@-God_Usopp The problem with the past is that it literally says its a redevelopment plan. A redeveploment of Lumiose City isn't exactly possible in a past setting, since we already know how it looks likes in the present (XY), which means its kinda redundant. So it kinda has to be set in the future after XY, which means Legends ZA is a redevelopment plan for Lumiose after the events of XY.
@@nickdentoom1173doesnt redevelopment generally mean that on old setting is to be converted into a new upgraded one? Like in the city where i live there are certain areas with really old cluster of small houses called chawls. Many of These have now been entered for a redevelopment program with builders to take them down and convert them into fancy highrise apartments.
@@Svithi.N.98 I mean it could still happen nowadays like a modern paris redevelopment plan needing to process through to proceed. I don't think people are talking about that. While yes redevelopment could refer to old things getting replace with new stuff this could apply to any setting honestly. So making a case that we don't do that in the present seems close-minded imo.

just a thought PLA - sinnoh (gen 4) > PL??? (gen 5) > PLZ-A (gen 6). idk u mentioned the 3 books and gen 4 - gen 6 would 3 games. They also have some really deepest history and most potential in any of the regions imo. kalos and the 3000 yr war, sinnoh and literally the god pokemon, and the ancient dragons of unova. that doesnt mean the other games dont have potential but i think theres just more to go off of with those games.

@@Svithi.N.98 yeah. Obviously I’m joking and I’m one of those people that really thinks BW2 was so good and never really warranted remakes. (I know 2 was a sequel but still). But man I actually really love Kalos. I love megas, the Kalos region aesthetic, the ultimate weapon and AZ story lore, the OST, the XY anime being such a step up from BW anime. If the difficulty was upped and they gave more playthrough megas, it would be my favorite. Happy to jump back into Kalos.

Tbh PLA was a little hard for me due to diff battle mechanics especially the Noble battles as I have never played survival style games before..... All that dodging and throwing.. 😢 And Alpha mons attacking u in the wild... but do i want something more like this - Definitely Yes!!
@@ethanreyes2631 my first game was White. And i have been playing all 4 of the unova games on&off using different teams and themes. For whatever reason whenever i wish to replay a pokemon game i always pick Unova 😅😅 So more than a remake i would really like to have another sequel for the switch (let the OG game be as it is)

I think if you get Z version you will play through the future first then end up in the past, and visvera for A. Same basic story but reversed.
Maybe you'll travel between both past *and* present/future.

When you tell a story from a-z, it refers to the chronology of the events and the completeness of the telling. If you would tell a story from z-a you reverse the chronology. Legends are not just history, they're a retelling of history, hence the books in the Arceus trailer. Someone is telling us the story of the rebuilding of Lumiose, but the events might be backwards. What if the start of the story is a finished Lumiose, but as you progress the story, you're taken further back into the history, even to before it was a huge bustling city? Telling the legends of the project, z-a
It would also make sense that A = nature (what was there pre lumiose building) and Z = zygarde, intervening with humanity's destruction of nature
At least it's just one city so thankfully it's not a huge open world
Just so you know, the alphabet symbols mean literally nothing, it's all gibberish that's been used in the games since SwSh lol. Sometimes they might _look_ like they spell something, but if you take those letters and try to match them up with other strings, you're most likely gonna get a garbled mess. Basically the text is just there for aesthetics

I think (and kinda hope) the A in the title actually represents unown! Which would be awesome to see more Lore on them. I don’t like the idea of it being in one city. Especially a circular city I hate. Gen 5 had the same issue I believe. Hated that city. But I hope it’s a lot like PLA. I loved that game. And the shiny hunting better be as good as PLA and less like SV which I didn’t like at all. PLA had actually fun and engaging shiny hunts. SV was just so boring and tedious and hurt my eyes. I can’t do it

I really hate hearing this Legend thing means the past, i can't even count how many times i've heard shit like: "Legend states that a hero will one day defeat the evil lord Bootythunder and bring peace to the world"
Legends prophecy the future all the time. A story told in the past could have no relevance until the future comes to pass.
i don't really care for the secrets of the next game since it just going to be another awful game. After my vile experience with Legends Arceus, I don't expect this game to be any better. In fact, I think it is worse than Legends Arceus because it brought mega evolution back.
Megas aren't bad for a Legends game because there's no PvP. They're just in the game for fan service.
@@BaithNa even without PvP, i still don't like mega evolution since they prioritize fan favorite pokemon instead of pokemon that actually needed it. And gen 6 pokemon got shafted aside from Diancie. The other gimmicks at least are not limited to specific number of pokemon.

Master plans usually come with a vision that encapsulate the will of a community. Maybe the plan calls for each zone for certain types of Pokemon that can help further the development of the city.
Redevelopment plans are usually carried out by city governments too. Your local city probably has a comprehensive plan that shows off the potential look of your city.
