  • If you would like to know more about what PIN codes are available, here is the 371 engine manual (the light engine used in Oveready BOSS): lux-rc.com/data/files/pdf/LUX...

This was a big help. Was able to re-program down to red moonlight and 4 step ups, but I can't get it to use the locator beacon like it had before. I have it in a slot for programming, but it's not available on the light. Do I have to do some other click procedure to turn the beacon on? Thanks again for the informative vid!!

For beacon, two separate 311 pins must be on. 331 and I think 335. This is going from memory and I’m probably wrong. Check the 311 pins in the manual: lux-rc.com/data/files/pdf/LUXRC-371-372-V2-EN.pdf

@@cheule Appreciate the reply. Realized the issue was I wasn't leaving light on screen long enough for the entire sequence of programming flashes. Once I was a little more patient, it programmed correctly! Needless to say, no way I would have ever figured out how to program without this vid!!!

Im still lost. I can get into programming pretty easy. Change modes 1 out 30 times. No other pin has worked for me. Im not understanding the 1-1-1 pin apparently. So u hold, then let go and press (click like cycling or long press like turning off?) then pause after that, do it again, and again, then “mash it” ? What does that mean exactly? Or do u pause after letting go on the first step? Ive watched it 20 times and cannot see what you are doing exactly 😂. Shit is driving me nuts. I need the aha moment.

Sorry for the slow reply, but it’s come out recently that there is confirmed to be a bad batch of LuxRC drivers in the wild where entering PIN codes and programming the light is nigh on impossible. You should contact Serge to see if your SN is one of the affected units.

@@cheule by any chance you have Serge's contact information. I got a moff boss with 519a on 08/2023, not sure if they are the bad batch. But I also had an incredible hard time to get simple 111 pin to work. I have no issue with their mcclicky version, so I think I know the timing even it is reversed version in MOFF.

Вперше таке бачу. Цікава схема, хоча здається складною.

After that I feel I need an engineers degree to operate these machines. I find Anduril complicated. ha ha ha

Anduril is a mess, agreed. This light makes much more sense once it's set up. And a great thing about it is that it has a web interface for setting it up. Then you input the 2,2,2 code and hold the light up to your phone/compter screen and it programs wirelessly. Such an amazing light.

@@cheule I must be that weirdo who likes the Anduril UI more than the PIN codes type UI. Never fiddle with any of the Oveready lights so my opinion is subjective.
