Mara cake is a traditional Cantonese teahouse snack. The brown sugar mara cake we are sharing today is sweet and delicious, soft and Q-tip, and very easy to make.
Main ingredients:
flour 100g
cassava starch100g
brown sugar 80g
warm water 200g
yeast 3g
aluminum free baking powder 3g
cooking oil 15g
