Well the buildings grow faster and faster
and they’re all made out of cheap plaster nothing ever seems to be real just a jungle of concrete and steel
Everybody shuffling on their feet in a daze
Trying to breathe the dark brown hazy haze
Burning on a candle running out of a wick eatin bad stuff make everybody sick
Trying to crawl out of the crabs in the pot
Keep on climbing till they reach the top

Crazy people driving on the interstate
Talk radio fillin their minds with hate
Zombies drinking out of dirty jars
Choking on fumes shooting out of the cars
Not enough water for people to drink
need to find a place to be alone and think
Going to climb right out of this cesspool
Find a place where it’s nice and green and cool
Going to plant a garden grow it up to the sky
Look for a treasure with a gleam in My eye
Dive down deep for a beautiful pearl
Start a revolution for a better world
