    PLEASE READ
Hamsters are solitary and will kill eachother, only purebred campbells who have been together since birth can be kept together and it isn’t recommended. They also need ( depends on country ) 450square inches of floor space / 620 square inches of floor space . Also they need dry environments with a variety in their diet and safe plants ( some plants in terrarium are not ) and a 6+ inches, non-wire wheel! Please change it!

Your heart is in the right place about many things but you seem to ignore all criticism and suggestions warning you of the mistakes you're making ever since the start of all this. Hamsters in the wild can travel up to 5 miles every night, they need lots of space to roam. Having a pen that small is criminal, even if its natural and "earthy". The wheel too is an issue, it's not that much money to buy a large silent spinner that won't hurt their feet. Also, introducing two hampsters- let alone 2 different species, is asking for a serious risk of an attack. It's like putting two territorial tigers in a cage and expecting them to be friends. Not to mention letting them right in front of your cat, as chill and sweet as they seem. It's strange seeing you say things as if you're a very educated person about hampsters, yet in the next breath do something completely ignorant. Please do more research

Always accessible veggies and sprouts are too much of a good thing for Stephen. Hamsters are not known for self-control around food.
Also, are your questions in earnest, or are they just for engagement, and you have you already checked on hamster forums for answers? I can not understand a good or ethical reason to guess at consequences *_after_* having begun an *experiment*, instead of doing research *_before_*. And your anthropomorphic commentary is humorous and engaging...until critical thinking kicks in, and one realizes that it smooths over and distracts from ignorance or disregard for the meaning in your little pet's behaviour.
Are the owners of Stephen and Adolf considering what is best for these little animals?

hey there, you seem to care a lot for stephan but there is a lot that you're ignoring. ever since the start of this series many people in the comments have voiced their concern for stephan, yet you haven't made any changes at all to protect and properly care for stephan. you should first make stephan's home much, much, bigger, as hamsters in the wild need lots of space, and keeping stephan in that tiny pen is cruel. the metal wheel is also a big problem, as it can hurt stephan's feet, and clearly you have the money to buy a better wheel for stephan. the cat right in front of both hamsters should also be not allowed, as cats are predators of hamsters in the wild, and the fact that you introduced two different species of hamsters, is basically asking for one of them to be harmed, as hamsters are solitary. plus one of the hamsters isn't even yours. i have also seen in the comments that stephan may be a girl. please research about this and the other problems and pay attention to the comments pointing out your flaws please.

But because of the names i am assuming these are both males. And male do not go together. So it might look like they are friends with eachother and with the cat, but there is still a big change that the will get tired of each other, and that they will fight until the other hamster get injured or even killed

This commenter is correct. Even if the cat is well fed that doesn’t mean that she will not try to play with the hamster. There’s lots of evidence of domestic cats being let out in the wild and killing native wildlife even when they are well fed.
I also agree that hamsters should not be sharing an environment as well. Even if they are only in the same enclosure while being supervised. Showing them together like this in a CZcams video may make others think that it is ok as well. It is not ok to house hamsters together especially in very small enclosures.

So much concerning things going on, the fact that 2 solitary hamsters are put together for some cruel amusement. The enclosure is so incredibly small looks to be like 200sq if that when it should be more like 500sq to not be cruel. The wheel is also the worst it could be by being made of wire which causes foot problems and can end up amputating limbs, the wheel is also too small. The fact that a predatory animal (cat) is near the hamsters and encouraged to do so is also concerning. Please fix these problems for the benifit of your pet. Hamsters arent decoration or science experiments Please stop treating them like it. Victoria Rachel youtube channel is somewhere you can go to learn what the humane care is for these amazing creatures.
