Will start fading but i usually change my color every month so not sure id say permanent will fade around month time or so just depends on the color and quality of a persons hair too....
Hmm depends on your hairs porosity too does other colors hold onto ur strands? Bc i leave it in longer than instructions says like 30-40 min depending on colors
