Such a unique way to finish the edges. Honoring the maker!
Thanks!
Your quilting is so gorgeous! Love how you finished the edge and love that binding! Wouldn't it be wonderful if the person who spent the time to piece that top could see how beautifully you finished it!
Thanks!! Yes, I always imagine them watching me and approving!
Absolutely love your blue featherweight. Blue is my favorite color.
Thanks, newly added this year! 🥰
Thank you so much for showing how you do that. Love it.

Binding is so well done
Thanks! Bias binding makes it easy!
Thank you for your help ! I have been ask to bind a very old quilt for my friend, it has high scalloped covers and deep valie’s
It’s not that hard, just cut your binding on the bias!
Beautiful job in every way. Now can we revel in the gorgeous color of your Featherweight 🫶🏻👌🏻🟦
What year is your featherweight? I have a few machines but sounds like my 1953 slant-shank 301:-)
Ohhhh, I’m not sure!! I’ll try to remember to look it up!
It's a 1937. :)
