First and foremost, y'all did an AMAZING job. It was so great, and nailed the tone.
BUT. LET ME TELL YOU. Seeing Nougies name on the credits was a blast from the past! His REchallenger vids back in the day are the main reason I am such a HUGE fan of the series today. And one of the best examples of how great the fandom has been for years.
@@CoryTrevorSmokes Nougie directly inspired my channel, which is why it was imperative that he joined our team to bring this to life.

Really enjoyed that Bawk, it actually felt like an RE movie rather than a random mess of a movie using the name. Cool they got OG Chris in it too!
The OG voice of Chris, right? I thought the guy who portrayed Chris in the live-action segments died after getting hit by a car while riding a bike.

@@EpsilonChurchRVB Thanks dude. I went back and double-checked. I guess I just garbled up the story of how live-action Chris had way too many close calls on his bicycle with the actual death of the voice of Chris. Hopefully I'll remember it right going forward.

Honestly, this was amazing! Now why can’t Hollywood or Netflix just do something like this? It’s exactly like it should be. A one for one of the game.
I've always said that the easiest way to get a W for a film or series with RE is to explore the mansion prior to the events of the incident and it blows my mind how it's gone this long to not be explored. Showcasing the inner workings of umbrella research and development, the relationships between the scientists along with the development of STARS is an incredible opportunity to create a grounded blend of horror, drama and science fiction.
This fan film has done more for me than all the movies could ever dream.
@13:18 I remember in the 2nd Resident Evil book we also get a depiction of a person slowly turning with Rebecca. we don't see it too often but the detail the book went into was excellent. they need to make spinoffs from those books.
Easy to miss, Pablo Kuntz reprised his voice as Wesker.
This is the best RE film bar none and this is another example of why it's so important to have people passionate about the content create the film. Arcane is the same as they were people from RIOT studios and refused to conform to Hollywood standards. If Capcom sees this, you give the funds to people like this and you have a work of art that will wow fans and non-fans alike.

Such a fantastic job. I love that they brought the OG's in. So obvious a lot of love and care went into this.

It is so surreal seeing Luke De La Nougerades (Nougies) name in this. Considering Bawk didn't mention it, him and his buddy Nathan used to do REchallenger videos since around 2007(?) where they'd do some pretty crazy challenges over the course of 24 hours and live stream it! Using the good Ol' camcorder!
Ahhh, that was certainly nostalgic, for my old ass. Great work on the movie. And i loved watching it for the first time on your channel, Bawk!
