I followed everything you showed step-by-step, and there were certain settings that I cannot seem to open. My camera shows:, “This operation or setting not available as follows”. I tried to find another way to get to these options through the Sony manual, and Google search, with no success. I get this with problem with: exposure composition, shoot mode, Iso mode, white balance, and creative style. I thought I’ll give it a try and hope that you have an answer for me, and maybe others that have this problem.
Sony's own Imaging Edge Desktop software (free) will display and allow editing RAW (ARW) photos. Not as powerful as the expensive Adobe options, true, but great for beginners like me.

I can take the photos in the ration 3:2 and then crop it for the IG requirements without any problem in post-production? I'm waiting for some help, thanks to everyone!
depends on the lens. get a lens with a very low aperture. the ISO on low light on this camera is pretty good, defenitley with the noise reduction this camera has
Can anyone confirm that the zve10 cant move the circle around when in spot metering? Its basically just center right? I dont see any option or setting allowing me to move the "spot" anywhere on the screen

I could't found any lens status in menu , so maybe you know what to do ? Thank you.

You probably figured it out already, but it's to use the entire surface of the sensor. 3:2 is the natural APS-C aspect ratio, everything else is an automatic crop of that.
While circumstantial factors such as the brand, glass quality and focal length can be important, the ZV-E10 can shoot impressive pictures with just its kit lens. As always, much depends on what you want to do with it, what are your subjects, and your dedication to learning the instrument. The 16-50 is a versatile lens, you can use it effectively in a variety of situations.
Im trying to follow you on min 2:40 on the focus settings but the F number on mine only lowers to 4.0 and on yours it lowers to 2.8. Any idea why? Im new to this so any tips and suggestions are welcome… thanks in advance ☺️
Because photography is, among other things, a matter of personal identity. Editing RAW files allows you to interpret reality according to your own sensibility and aesthetic intents. AI replaces your personality with a collective one that may be good and quick enough for basic uses, but doesn't say anything about you.

F is aperture and it depends on the lens you are using

This camera is certainly better for video. But if you have it anyway these are the best settings for taking photos.
