Pandan Green Rice (Speaking in English Only)

Ingredients:
1. 8 Cup sticky rice soak overnight with water and add green color to your like.
2. 5 Cups coconut/sugar syrup.
3. Toasted sesame seeds.
Coconut/sugar syrup ingredients:
1. 1 Can 14 oz coconut milk.
2. 1 Can 14 oz. pandan juice.
3. 1 Teaspoon salt.

Hi Absuab, it was very difficult measuring the green food color. Base on how much I used, I would say over 1 teaspoon. But when you make it, please adjust the green food color according to your like.

This pandan has to be cool completely before you can cut and serve. If you plan to serve in the morning, than you should make it the night before. But if you plan to serve in the evening, you make it in the morning.
