Okay just saw her reaction to Kourtney Kardashian and she is being so harsh on Jessica Alba. I think she purposely tried to not rag on Kardashian because they are so big however Kourtney pushes her psuedo science line and her reactions were pretty tame. She is just ripping Jessica apart and being super judgey before even looking at the product ingredient list. I value your opinion and happy to see after reviewing closely it did make your opinion postivie but it was reluctantly positive. Which I guess might be good, since it took you from negative to positive instead of negative to neutral LOL

Her brand Honest is older than any other celebrity brand, she never has pushed it with her image, just put it our there and do her thing, and her makeup is quite nice if you like natural looks. I think she started when she became pregnant and was looking for maternity and baby products and was not happy with the options.

Jessica Alba's brand "The Honest Company" is valued at about $1 Billion! Given that Jessica has never pushed her products too much on social media (like Rihanna and Kylie), I think it's safe to say that people do enjoy her brand and come back to it. It was also founded back in 2012. Some of her skincare and makeup products are actually really really good and I believe that she does use her own products everyday, cuz why won't you, when they are actually decent!?

You really should've done more digging on the brand before making this video. She never said "only use our products" nor did she say her products will never give you irritation. She said they're guaranteed safe FOR HER because she began her brand after having her first kid and having a horrible reaction to her laundry detergent, and was scared of the same happening to her children. She's a celebrity that definitely uses her own products, and uses them often/exclusively. Don't make bad faith assumptions, make researched claims.

I think the first product, the gel to milk cleanser is more like a cleansing oil or cleansing balm, its main function is to break down the make up stuff on your face. Then she goes with an actual face cleanser. I don't know if I'm wrong or not but it seems like this brand is pretty decent compare to other celebrity brand. Even with free national healthcare, there’s still private practices for the higher income people to get their fun little creams. I get that you don't know her but she doesn't promote her skincare line more than other celebrities do. She has had her line for around a decade now and I've heard more about Kylies skincare than I have Jessica's. She also does predominantly use her own skincare as they work best for her. There would be like one or two that are different 😂 but the majority is her own and in all fairness when you have a good skincare line why would you not just stick to using your own. It would be, in my opinion, quite dumb not to if its affordable and mainly good. That's just my views though, maybe next time you could research the celebrity themselves to have a better understanding of it before you harshly criticise them. Cassandra, jeez, please calm down. You were way more chill with Rhianna and Pharell’s skincare routine when their’s were also OBVIOUSLY an advertisement for their skincare line. Like it was so obvious and yet why are you THIS critical and cranky about Jessica’s routine? I get major Dr Dray routine reviewing energy all over this and it ain’t beYOUtiful.
Also, regardless of Jessica actually using only her products being true or not (she obviously uses other skincare company products it’s in the routine), Jessica’s routine is actually more well-grounded and you can tell. Why? For one, she doesn’t spend that much time talking about world issues and vibe-ing through your face and all that in between the steps to stall like Pharell. You could say this is just a different approach to one’s strategy but to me, everything he did oozed “I don’t really know much about what I am talking about, especially not my products,” especially since he doesn’t use or refer to any of the skincare routines he mentioned directly or indirectly to the media (Sam Smith said they learned using cold water from him, and Pharell once said he only used Cetaphil). Then there is Rhianna. Sure, she seems more interested in skincare and more excited to show her stuff but you cannot deny how BS her routine was when she used the moisturizer that doubles as a sunscreen in her NIGHT time skincare routine.
Compare this with Jessica’s routine. Yes, her products mostly being from Honest Beauty is kinda fishy, but she doesn’t stall needlessly, she actually talks about her products and her experiences from and behind them, she looks like she is used to using them, and she does not use SPF in her nighttime routine.
Honestly, everyone is different, but considering that I don’t know much about Jessica or Rhianna and Pharell (I would argue I know most about Rhianna cuz I do know some of her music I listen to regularly, I only know Jessica from fantastic four silver surfer, and I didn’t know about Pharell at all) and the fact that I am trusting Jessica’s skincare routine and products most, I would say she is actually doing something right. I cannot access any of these celebrity skincare products but if I had only one choice I would go for Jessica’s stuff. Considering that Jessica hasn’t been pushing her brand on her social media like Kylie or Rhianna, Jessica’s company is actually pretty big and I think that shows us that her products are good enough. Her company also has been around the longest among the celebrity skincare lines so there’s that too.
And yes, put that thing under a microscope! I wanna see it!
But seriously girl, you need to work on your emotions or at least the way you express them.

Jessica actually knows what she's talking about. This lady looks terrible for her age and look at jessica, she's 40 and looks wayyy better than this woman. Sis looks like she's in her 50's and she's scrutinizing jessica lol bye. The way she looks now is how jessica will look in her 80's

Honest beauty eczema or fragrance free line is awesome and I love using those products. Just like their eczema balm it works so well for me.

I don't mean for this to come off rude - but I feel like this critique was actually pretty bad and feels very much like you didn't do your research. I'm not a Jessica stan, but to not even know who she is and judging her based on the way she speaks is really off-putting. You critique the products without knowing much about them and the central theme of the video is you saying "product pushing" over and over. I could maybe understand if you had tried the products, but its clear that you know very little about Jessica, the Honest Co, and the products in this video. I hope that you take this constructively and consider doing a dive into Jessica and the products to better educate yourself before you put out another critique of something. This just isn't it.
