In Cebu City where I spent my formative years, I would say that some sentences you presented would be expressed a little bit differently although the meaning would be the same. Yours are quite formalized like those Cebuanos living in the towns of Cebu. I think theirs is the purer Cebuano. Cebu City slickers seem also to speak fast. They tend to shorten some words and use a few slang words. The 'probinsyano' and the 'syudadnon' however understand each other when conversing with each other, nonetheless.
Cebuano is spoken in a lot of different regions, provinces and cities - and there are for sure many variations. The ones we included here might vary depending on the place but even if there’s a bit of difference, most, if not all, of the Cebuano speakers will understand it nonetheless - and that’s one of the beauties of this language :)
