I had a horrible experience when I rented my 4 bedroom self contained house to Nigerians for 6 years. When they left I couldn’t even recognize the the house they ruined the wallls, Waldrope, the wc 🚽, most of the Ac’s weren’t working, the kitchen and bathrooms looked like a slum everything was ruined, they never weeded the house when I got there it looked like a house in a forest, we even saw snakes and scorpions when we were weeding. Till this day I don’t even know how they were able to live there in such a manner as humans. The money I spent in renovating the house was way more than their entire 6 years rent. I love Nigerians but to me it’s just not worth the stress and waste of money, to be very honest. 💯
I will be very happy if all Nigerians leave Ghana and leave us in peace. Why you guys want to live in Ghana ? I think only holidays for few days will be fine. Like Nigerians but not to live in Ghana.🇬🇭🦁

My sister Most landlords in Ghana are business people. They don't have time to go on social media but Nigerian men especially have a bad record scamming landlords. In the past if you tent a room to a Nigeria he will sublet the room to a large number of his friends and they will trash the place. This is the main reason landlords are cautious now adays.
Who will want to rent to them, when they have been nothing but trouble? Most of these people leave the property in deplorable condition and do not pay rent, or engage in illegal activities on the property. You disrespect your host and you want to be treated nicely? Everybody in the whole are weary when engaging with Nigerians. They are very good ones, amazing ones. My sister, advise your people. I struggle to understand their lawlessness.
Its the disrespect for other people in the community by Nigerians............. A Nigerian couple came to rent in the house I live in. after 2 years they moved out without telling the landlord. Later we fount out that they never paid the water bill on their meter and left it. unfortunately the meter was registered in the name of the landlord.

It’s painful but we are not willing to fight, we just prevent chaos.

I once lived close to a house a Nigerian Students rented and these guys could make noise and play music through out the night .Sometimes i had to tell them stop the noise before .it continue for years and when their rent expired the landlord refused to rent it again to them. when they packed off they had destroy almost every thing in the house; the kitchen, wc, sink ,even the tiles ,dirt all over .The Man vow not to rent his house to any Nigerian again

3 of my tenants are Nigerians and they are nice people but what the landlords are saying is true. In the university, I was in the hostel with a lot of Nigerians and they were very dirty, they didn't clean and they destroyed the place when leaving. I decided not to give mine to them because of what I saw in school but I gave them a chance and they've never disappointed me

A friend of mine rented a house to a Nigerian he said he’s coming with his Wife and later there were almost Six Girls in the House he quickly refund him his money and kicked them out, he always goes to a place near West Hill Mall called London Bar brought the Girls to work for him ( pimp)
I am a landlord in the UK, and don’t want renting to Nigerians. My big sister in Accra rented to Nigerian woman and the trashed the place. Why do they do this?
