Definitely seems like it's costly. Local to me it costs minimum $140/hr to rent a basic 172, with most of them being $150-180/hr. The $140/hr one is the cheapest plane they have for rent. And this is just to rent the plane, absolutely no training which someone would need to have, especially before soloing lol. I play the good ole MSFS too, hopefully MSFS 2024 comes out soon!
