    Will my coregeous ball be OK or do I need to get a smaller one? I'm looking forward to doing this. I get a fortnightly massage and it does help but my legs and hips are very painful. Sometimes I feel she gets too focused on my legs. I had cauda equina 22 years ago and had emergency surgery so I appreciate she needs to be careful on my lumbar area but it is where I get the majority of my pain. Thanks Cat, your videos are invaluable to me xxx

      Hi Kristy. The Coregeous ball is a bit too big and soft for this but do try it and see. I think you will want a smaller ball to be more specific and get the pressure you need.
      Cauda equine syndrome is terrible and I’m sorry you suffered for so long with it. I believe certainly that your TLF has gotten rigid from that and would benefit from this practice. Let me know how it feels with that larger ball. Best wishes
