I was getting an O2 sensor code on my 2000 4runner with a 5vzfe turned out to be the freight O2 sensor wire had a slice in it and was not connected properly chased that problem for almost 2 years. Hope it helps.

No just normal Toyota truck rust haha. Not sure where all this truck has been but I picked it up in Alabama and its in Georgia now.

No it does not. Look into trim packers to fix the lean.
What’s the offset on your wheels? They look great with the flares

@@_No_Bueno yeah stock wheels there with 1.5” spacers. Now I run 16x8 et0 with a 1” spacer for an effective offset of -25.

What air intake tube is that? Mine appears to be one piece. I also have the issue where its falling apart all around. Or is it in separate parts on newer 3rd gens?
I believe it's this part # 1788262010. Mine was definitely a few different parts. Not sure about earlier 4Runners.
