Descending dark immunity frames are HEAVILY abusable in this fight
fr if you just spam descending dark this becomes one of the easiest bosses ngl

some advice for Lost Kin is equipping Defenders Crest, the "heroic" scent kills the ghosts when they get near so you dont have to worry about them at all.
also equipping the "Sharp Shadow" for Pantheon 4 really helps since you can just dash through them while also giving damage.
also when any boss staggers if you hit them they immediately go back into fight mode, but try to use that time to heal and avoid them entirely, most bosses give you enough time to get about 3 masks healed within their stagger time. if you dont need healing i suggest using the dream nail on them to regain soul
also using the Howling Wraiths paired with the Shaman Stone does 60 damage and is great for No Eyes and Markoth
also a tip that i use often for White Defender is that when he goes ball mode you can pogo him like Marmu

Let’s be grateful that Team Cherry didn’t go even more insane with the Pure Vessel, such as the Pale Prince mod. It’s a modded version of the Pure Vessel that makes Pure Vessel seem slow. It’s insane how much slower Pure Vessel seems after beating Pale Prince.

15:15 from my experience, Sharp Shadow doesn't help that much in PV. It looks like it's really helping but it's relatively the same without it. But if you find it helpful, keep it on

As someone who only beat P4 like 2 days ago: yeah that's relatable. At this point I've just embraced the funky charms, as I used Grimmchild and Dreamshield in the first half and Weaversong and Spore Shroom in the second
As somebody who did pure vessel on radiant i can give you many tips
1: when he does the 3 slashes jump and parry his attacks
2: when he does the counter shadow dash through him
3: when he does the rush attack jump on top of him and pogo
4: when he does the knife attack that you hate so much shadow dash through them
5: when he does the deep focus either try to heal or spam shade soul
6: when he does the void tendrils double jump dash to him and pogo
I also parry the 3 slashes but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone though I am glad to see someone else who parry that attack

Parrying that attack is probably one if not the most important technique against pv imo so parrying it gives a huge advantage so im happy to see im not the only one who can do that.

Tip: you con dream nail the body of the failed champion when he's stagered to get soul and then heal while he's doing his rock rampage, just remember to only dream nail him twice(dream weilder is a good charm to equip)

A helpful advice for Pantheon 4 and 5.
When fighting Failed Champion and getting him out of the knight armor, you can dream nail him to fill the soul tank and then pogo on him or hit his behind to make sure he doesn't move (a sentence I tried to make less weird than it is) if you manage to do that act repeatedly you'll be full on soul and you could heal as much as you need, though make sure you hit his armor to prevent him from standing up, and when he's defeated you'll be prepared for the next boos full on soul and masks.
I admire your dedication. It took me about a year to defeat Pure Vessel 😂

Well, I have lost count of how many times you have changed who the "Most PAINFUL Boss" for you is in the game 😂
congrats on beating PV!
some tips for him that i found: it's almost always better to jump on him than to dash through him
basically, as soon as you hear/see hin appear - jump
it gives you more time to react, and his dash and nail combo attacks can be both just jumped/pogoed over
also, when he throuws projectiles, he always stands still, so you don't need to pay attention to him for that moment
he also spawns outside of you screen for only three attacks: dash, which you can easily jump over
the projectile one, so you can jump+shade dash to acoid it
and the void tendril (last phase), which you can double jump + dash to avoid
so... if you don't see him, just jump and act accordingly hahaha
healing is possible when he uses his focus attack (the exploding aura), and when he's staggered (but don't heal more than once at a time)
all of the rest of attacks don't give you enough time to heal

Traitor Lord used to be a complete pushover before they updated him. While 2 damage bosses feel very unfair sometimes, it's an unfortunate reality that most bosses that deal 1 damage can be face-tanked with quick focus.

hmmm yeah I can name a specific crazy void being who hops around who is way worse in pantheons with bindings
No spoilers!
1) You can dreamnail the bosses for soul. (espacially when they are not attacking)
2) use more spells!! {wraiths and dive}.
3) you can start the fights with full soul, just take a bath in the sea of God home. God home is filled with soul juice.
4) do more experiments with charm combinations!!!!!!

for future attempts, you can dream nail the false knight/failed champion while he's staggered for more soul. if you pogo on top of his armour (not the maggot), you can keep dream nailing him for as long as you want

for the projectiles, you should try shadow dashing towards them, its a much more consistant way of dodging them. Also great vid!

Pure Vessel took me about 3 hours to beat and another 4 hours of practicing to finally feel comfortable attempting the Pantheon
Like you said, Pure Vessel is less predictable than NKG and that’s where I struggled too

As someone who beat him with "legitimate playing" i can say he is the second hardest boss in the game
You dont use other spells enough.
Abyss shriek is great dmg and the descending dive gives i frames
yeah if you go to bed after beating a hard boss a couple times, its so much easier in the morning. I'll bet you could beat pantheon 4 first try after a good night's sleep!
Tip for Failed Champion: you can perma stun by hitting his hands at the back while he's laying on the ground. That resets the time before he gets back up (cz he gets up if you don't attack the maggot). You can farm soul and heal by alternating hitting with dream nailing and focusing. Hope this is useful.
Dream Nail + Shaman Stone + Spell Twister for the win (on Radiant Failed Champion, that is)!

The funniest part is that pure vessel is more difficult on the 5th pantheon 😂
Tips: when fighting pure vessel it's best to use sharp shadow when he does his 3 sword swings combo. When he launches towards you should pogo, when the swords come from ground jumping makes them easier to dodge, when he sends the swords from his hand you either dodge or use sharp shadow and remember the pain is far from over 🫠
I haven’t touched P5 yet… Is Abs Rad easier or harder than PV?
