Tories flouted devolution rules 11 times in six years, says Scotland's top civil servant

Permanent Secretary John-Paul Marks, the head of the civil service in Scotland, told MPs on Tuesday ministers had flouted the Sewell convention which dictates that Westminster does not legislate in devolved matters without the consent of the Scottish Government “on a number of occasions” in recent years.

You must be joking. The SNP don't want indy - they've made that clear beyond any doubt. Scotland will go down like the Titanic (no - sorry, like a rusty old ferry) if indy ever happens. The National claims 8.04k subscribers - in their dreams! Wiki gives it less than 3k. SNP - a Mickey Mouse party in a sinking country. Go on, tell me how much worse Westminster is. How many meetings has Yousaf had with foreign leaders ( Hamas supporters) and ignored the rule that a UK gov rep should be in attendance ?
