- The Cabin with Bert Kreischer, a five episode Netflix series, was released on October 13, 2020. It stars Bert Kreischer, alongside guests like Tom Segura, Joey Diaz, Bobby Lee, Donnell Rawlings, Caitlyn Jenner, and many more (okay, maybe 7 more). Joe Rogan does not appear on this show, in case you were wondering. The Cabin with Bert Kreischer is also, frankly, unwatchable. However, I'm a big tough guy, so I managed to power through all two and a half hours of Bert's shirtlessness.
It's the moment absolutely no one's been waiting for! A review of a forgettable Netflix series, released 11 months ago, peppered with the opinions of a man with no comedic credentials, the charm of a hangnail, and the ability to critique media just as well as modern day Roger Ebert (get it? I told you I have no comedic credentials).
Anyways, I stayed up all night editing this video. My brain hurts, but I like to post videos at 8:25 AM EST, so I guess I'll just sit here and wait till then (and I don't trust scheduled uploads so don't you dare suggest it). I'm literally counting the minutes till I can post this, pass out, and never think about this video again. Does anyone actually read these descriptions? Yeah.. I've seen Bert once because a couple friends had tickets and asked me to go. He was alright, I laughed, obviously he told the machine story. I think Bert is an in person kind of comic but he's not amazing or anything.

@Head Piece I don't drink but that definitely plays a part in Bert's success. When you're in a comedy club you're gonna be more likely to laugh than watching something at home. Also Bert is decent at controlling the crowd.
That being said.. I wouldn't go see him again, if you've heard the machine story once then you've seen every stand up routine he's done. He's not a good comic by any means, he was funnier than Rogan though imo. I don't understand how Rogan became a famous comic, he's just a genuinely unfunny person. I can't recall every laughing a single time at something he said on his podcast. Meanwhile Segura or Tim Dillon will have you crying laughing every time they're on.
But yeah Bert kinda sucks at comedy.

It's because that spotlight gets warm fast, and most comedians move around a lot during their act. Like I've done some stand up in that past and it gets hot up there, I'd be pouring sweat and I'm only like 140lbs. It's just a bit Burt is doing to stand out, he's openly admitted to it in multiple interviews. What I wanna know is why people get hyped to catch a fat alcoholic's smelly t-shirt.

I got free tickets to a bert live show and fell asleep about 30 mins in. Yes I was very tired, but thatâs never happened to me at a comedy show. I woke up to the crowd singing the National anthem. It was wild.

Bert is the guy that told everyone that he's gonna be a comedian but no one wanted to be mean so they just went along with it cause there's no way he was gonna make it. But somehow he did. The same could be said for Bobby Lee.
Bobby is a thousand times more of a comedian than Bert is. Bobby actually went through the ringer and worked hard to get where he is. Bert just got lucky with the friends he got.

I don't understand who the audience is. Things like the 3 Stooges where they just poke each others eyes were common when gasoline and paint contained lead, and everyone was walking around with lead poisoning. Who is laughing at Bert getting hurt or taking off his clothes? We need the EPA to test the water more often and make sure it doesn't contain heavy metals.
I like Bert more than some people. I genuinely like his primary specials. But I only got 5 minutes into this show before shutting it off. I could tell it was gonna be aimless and stupid, and it was.
