Is Joe DeRosa Still A Comedian?

Joe DeRosa used to be a comedian, actor, and director. Now he sells sandwiches under the name Joey Roses and hosts a podcast with Sal Vulcano called Taste Buds, a show where two grown adults (sorta) argue about food and the tastiest treats. So it begs the question...
Is Joe DeRosa Still A Comedian? Or has he fully transitioned into a hoagie salesman? Today, we find out (kind of).
If you've ever wondered how far a friendship with Bill Burr can get you in show business, look no further. I've often wondered, what would my funny friends think if they found out I stayed up all night editing a video about Joe DeRosa, a man who only appeared on The Opie & Anthony Show through stunning displays of nepotism. I think my friends would be disappointed...
Anyways, I had a good chuckle at the expense of Joey Roses, famed Better Call Saul actor and teenage heartthrob. Figured I'd share my findings (as unremarkable as they are).
Also, someone get this man some shoulders.

I don't really find it embarrassing that he sells sandwiches now. It's just how to economy has been rolling and he's not the best comedian but he's not bad either. Why not capitalize on your past career by combining it with your future career (being a sandwich maker)?

I get that DeRosa parted ways w Cumia but are we really going to dismiss his entire career bc of that? Uninformed w DeRosa + Burr was hilarious. Taste Buds is different than all the other fucking comedy podcasts out there and it’s actually a brilliant idea. I’ve also seen DeRosa open for Burr and he was great. I don’t listen to all his podcasts or agree w all of DeRosa’s takes, but I don’t have to either. I really hate how Cumia stans dismiss everyone who stopped fucking w Anthony. Grow the fuck up and form your own opinions.
